Do not go unless u want 2 different results I asked for brunette with blonde hightlights but got white white and mud brunette this claim to be very trained and professional but it's not worth it the white does not come out at all even with hair dye truly horrible she also stained my shirt and dyed half my eyebrow please fix ur hairstylist
Got my girl’s haircut done last week; it’s terrible. Uneven and totally disproportionate on either sides. Got my retina treatment done today; they quoted £140. Julie did just a few trims here and there whilst straightening at the end saying my hair is not even (I thought she was being considerate) and charged me extra £35 at the end, literally for a few trims which I never asked for or agreed paying for. I would have gotten a brand new hair cut with nice wash and blow dry in £35; this way of tricking people is really not good and I’m extremely disappointed - even those finishing touches around the fringe looked funny and not great at all despite the huge price I had to pay. Will never go again.

Prior to the cut, style and amount of hair to cut off was agreed 2 days later after washing it I can see that a lot more than agreed has been cut off, to the point where my hair looks short! Styling was not as agreed either. Had my hair blow dried straight at the end, and by the time I got home 10 minutes later it was wavy and curly. Did not get what I asked for- Would not recommend, and will not be returning!
After I moved to the area and left my fab London hairdresser I spent 2 years trying out 9 different hairdressers with no joy and a bunch of ropy haircuts along the way. Now my search is over! I finally found Julie. She's absolutely lovely, a masterful hairdresser with a great salon. Thoroughly recommended.
