Initially started off good but then the service quickly went down hill. 2 appointments back to back cancelled with no explanation. The second time the appointment was cancelled I asked the receptionist why and she did nothing but stutter down the phone and repeat herself. Still non the wiser why it was cancelled. Constantly having to chase up prescriptions that supposedly have been sent to the linked pharmacy. Every time I go to pick up the prescription the pharmacist always say the same thing 'we've had nothing from the memory clinic'. So then it's back and forth with phone calls chasing it up.
