Absolutely wonderful salon. Incredible staff. Very caring, kind, considerate and patient. Very good with anyone suffering with Dementia, I struggled to hold back tears at just how thoughtful our hairstylist Natalie was. Really amazing.
Natalie cut my hair beautiful yesterday. Saloon was clean and tidy, nice coffee, lovely atmosphere really nice people. I can see why they enjoy such good reviews. Will be my new hair cut destination from now on.

Luciano knows how to cut curly hair very well. He listened to what I needed and then allowed me to relax quietly during my cut, which I really appreciated. A great haircut, I will return for the next one!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I haven’t got the highlights I wanted,I show the hairdresser how I wanted he agreed on but he Lied and use different hair colour (ash)I’ve paid 150£for highlights +olaplex treatment which I’m not sure if I got ,my hair is damage now and needs treatment I attached a picture of my hair and this was the next day. DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE ,,good “REVIEWS ON HERE I AM JUST A HONEST PERSON. Update I’ve been call and visit them to ask them about the state of my hair, when I was trying to have a conversation with the woman and that skinny men both of them become were verbally aggressive towards me calling me liar and rude ,shouting at me and blaming that my Hair was damaged before (my hair looked way better) Probably no one else has ever told you in all this years that your services were bad THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I have had my first haircut/blowdry here recommended by a good friend and OMG super amazing, beautiful and cosy salon, really nice staff, so welcoming and warm always have smile on their face. I had my hair styled by Bulent and he is number 1. This salon and stylist will be my forever hair-salon and stylist. Would never go anywhere else, highly recommend it.
Very happy with the way they handled my pre-schooler who doesn't like his haircut and hairdryers. They were quick and I was very happy with the outcome. I also had a hair cut there and was very happy with the result as well. Highly recommend this place. We will be going back for future haircuts!

I completely forgot to rate my experience at this salon but I would definitely recommend this to anyone who lives in kingston upon thames as they did my hair so well I got compliments from so many people, my friends, family and random strangers. They left my hair feeling fresh and healthy and the colour was exactly how I wanted it. They even recommended me what products to use to treat my hair as it is dry and the products were spot on. Thank you for your service, I will be back again. :)
