Arsida always does a very professional treatment, she took time to fit me into her diary because I wanted to have a both a manicure and pedicure, would not hesitate to recommend her or the salon, always welcoming and fun.
1) Ruined my hair. Cut it much shorter than I requested 2) Rushed the cut which is probably why its so terrible. Was also really rough with the cutting which is probably why I have disastrous layers which I saw when I washed and straightened my hair. My hair was chopped off 3) Charged a higher price than originally told 4) Complained when I reminded her that I wanted my hair styled to curl - she said she had forgetten and I should have reminded her. How many reminders does this woman need? I reminded before she started cutting anything AND showed her a picture of the style I wanted more than once (mind you, the picture also showed the way I wanted my hair cut and the length etc but she still managed to screw that up so its not so shocking she forgot about the curls) I have never gone home and cried after a hair cut like I did on this day. I was in shock at the time so didn't know what to say so remained polite but I want to warn you: Do not come here. Don't fall for the good reviews like I did. This hairdresser is horrendous. This was two weeks ago and I'm still upset, my hair looks so awful. I could deal with the short length if the cut was to a good standard but that's a definite no as well. Now I'll need to buy a curler and curl it until it grows out (to try and hide the poor cut) and I can go to a competent hair dresser to fix the damage this incompetent one caused. I usually leave my hair natural or straighten it because that only takes me a few minutes. This woman has cost me extra money by having to buy a curler, and caused me much more time on my hair routine by having to curl it. This was the OPPOSITE of what I wanted. I wanted low maintenance and she knew that. Every other hair dresser I've ever been to manage to cut hair properly, why couldn't this person?
Amazing and great service ! I have visited the first time for balayage , over 100% happy with the outcome ! Fully recommend if you wish friendly and lovely staff and decent prices !
Brilliant hairdressers. Always friendly, always do exactly what I ask with my hair. Even my boyfriend (who hates getting his hair cut) enjoyed going there. 100% recommend.
