I received a clean, precise trim and was consistently asked to check and approve throughout the process. I was also given helpful tips on how to style my hair, which was a nice touch. I understand that, as someone who isn’t an expert in hairdressing, it can be hard to tell which styles are “digital perms” and which aren’t. I showed them some reference photos, and while they explained they couldn’t achieve that exact look — which I completely understood — their attitude felt rather unfriendly and impatient. Eventually, I agreed to let them do a regular perm in the way they preferred, but that’s when things became even more uncomfortable. The gentleman who did my hair started thinning it out quite aggressively, which made me uneasy (never had such experience in my entire life). I’m not sure how other non-Korean customers feel, but it seemed like the staffs had limited English and were more comfortable serving Korean clients. I traveled more than an hour to get here with high expectations, but sadly, I don’t think I’ll return — I’d rather visit a salon in the city next time.
I had a women’s haircut there for the second time. The couple is very friendly and attentive to detail. I shared reference photos during the consultation, and they provided practical, constructive feedback on how to make it work for my hair type. The services are also reasonably priced.
Amazing little hair salon! I've tried a few hair salons around Soho that cut East Asian hairstyles, but none were as good as Tovi. Tovi's really attentive, he listens to the customer's wishes and checks several times during the hair cutting process to confirm if the length and thickness is as desired. He does both male and female haircuts well too. Tovi and his wife (I think) are both really friendly and welcoming (which I can't say for other Asian salons I've been to). I'll definitely come back for future haircuts.
I got the magic straight with a hair cut. The owners are so lovely. I really appreciate them taking the time to explain what they were going to do with my hair and then recommending the type of cut that would suit me best. I went with my mother and she got a standard wash and cut. She loved it! They are so professional and thorough with their work. I will definitely be coming back next time.

This is hands down the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been many Korean hairdressers in London (even in Korea) but this place transformed my hair. I got their magic straight + cut treatment since my hair was super frizzy and the process took around 4 hours as stated on their website. Throughout the session, the hairdressers were so kind and considerate… the haircut was exactly what I wanted and I didn’t even need to show them a picture! They were so thorough with the process and made sure I was happy with my hair and was comfortable throughout my experience. The lady who was doing the treatment was so sweet and even taught me how to style my hair and the man who works there was so professional and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. My hair was so smooth and silky, I really couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend you come to this salon as you will not regret it.. even the prices are very reasonable compared to other places in new malden and not to mention the outstanding quality of service you will receive. I will definitely become a regular at this salon from now.
