   This is my first time ever since I have been in Uk to be happy about my haircut . I met a very nice friendly guy called Abdullah who did my hair yesterday , he gave me exactly the haircut I asked for if not even better . Very skillful , organised , clean and professional barber . definitely will go back again .

   Very disappointed with my experience at M&M Hair Salon in Harrow. I clearly asked for a chocolate brown hair color and even showed a photo for reference. Instead, my hair was dyed jet black, which is completely different from what I asked for. This was not a small mistake — it changed my whole appearance, and not in a way I wanted. I expressed my concerns, but didn’t feel they were taken seriously or handled professionally. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable colour work or good customer service. Is this chocolate Brown ?

   The place is very inviting and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming too. I had my hair cut by Adam and I am really pleased with it. He's done my hair multiple times already. I just leave the styling to him and I end up leaving completely satisfied everytime.

   Wasn't super excited to go to the barber as I have anxiety going by myself but my sister encouraged me to, waited for like 10-15 minutes since all the barbers were busy (there were 4-5 so it wasn't lack of staff). Adam was my barber and he's super welcoming! As an introvert it's hard to talk to people, but he was super nice, very considerate of my opinion and made sure he was cutting properly. Thanks Adam!

Coming here since one year. Thank you M&am for offering’s the best service and best hairstylist in Harrow.

   Got my haircut today as my usual barbers were fully booked. Thought it would be good because of all the high reviews... the barber never really understood what I wanted and cut my hair shorter than needed. The hair dryer was on max heat, felt like my head was burning and told him to stop and change to a cooler setting. He even scratched my forehead while combing my hair and said "it was from the dryer". He apologised and was powdering my face and all trying to make up for mistakes, but I just wanted to leave immediately. Never going back again..
