If you want a face to face appointment good luck, since our old doctor retired and over 4000 patients being passed over to meden medical getting an appointment is near on impossible unless you have always be registered with them, actually proven to myself last week a long patient with meden medical was able to get a face to face doctors appointment within 2days when I tried they said they had nothing until the following month, if this doesn't show that we as the old doctors pass overs are red flagged then I don't know what does.
Quiet, clean, friendly atmosphere. Excellent care when you can get an appointment.
So useless there on the phone all the time can't get answered always in a queue any time of the day they really need to get more on the phones it's becoming a joke all week I've been trying to ring
Shocking to be honest. Fobbed off yet again. Not even looked at what I was booked in for. Let's hope the lump isn't cancerous. Hope being the key word.

Meden medical gets worse. Been to hospital and got a prescription before this useless surgery can give you an appointment. Keep trying to send you to pharmacy. I know a pharmacist cannot prescribe antibiotics when will the Gestapo i mean receptionists realise that they cant either....
