   I wondered why the salon was quiet, but everything seemed to be going ok, Jane listened to what I wanted and it was a reasonable cut. I'd read the prices on the board outside and it seemed affordable but when I went to pay I got a shock at £63.00. I should have queried it at the time but I needed time to process and check the website. I phoned later and Jane said I had been charged for a medium length haircut; when clearly it is short ( just covering the top of ear). The lady said its complicated as an excuse for the fact that she knew deep down that my hair was not medium length; definitely feeling like I've been taken advantage off.

   I was visiting Epsom with my cousin while she was working. Stepped into this salon, needed a hair wash a dry. The salon was very inviting as well as Jane and another operator. Jane did an exceptional job with my crown of hair. I would recommend this to anyone that needed a lift in your mood. Let's face it girls, don't we always feel like a queen when we walk out of a salon!! When I come back to visit I will visit them again. With my best regards, Sharyn W.

   Had my hair butchered by this salon yesterday. A Chinese woman about 70 years old cut my hair and had no idea what she was doing. I showed a photo of what I would like done and asked if it was okay. The response was yes. Chunks of hair missing, dropping combs and scissors on the floor a few times. Way too much hair removed. Because I have long hair, I thought going to a salon, rather than a barber was a good call. Not a place to have a haircut if you are young and up to date with modern styles.

   Absolutely devastated with my experience at Regis in Epsom. I went in with a clear photo of soft, face-framing layers — nothing complicated — and left with a full-on fringe I never asked for and a massive chunk of my hair cut off. It’s completely uneven and looks nothing like what I showed them. The worst part? My birthday is coming up, and I was so excited to feel confident and happy with my hair. Instead, I’m left with a style I didn’t ask for and don’t even feel comfortable going out with. I nearly cried when I got home. There was no communication or checking in before making such a drastic change. It felt rushed and careless. I trusted them with my hair and they’ve ruined it just days before a really important event. Would absolutely not recommend Regis Epsom based on this experience.

   June was absolutely brilliant. Very kind. And very gentle. I have a very sensitive scalp and I get nicks cuts and scratched on my scalp all the time during hair cuts due to harshly used combs/ hairbrushes etc. But June was absolutely brilliant. No cuts on my scalp. And the haircut was brilliant. Highly recommend.
