I am new to the area and went into the salon to enquire about having my hair cut and was lucky enough to get seen straight away with Olivia. I am very pleased with my haircut and will be returning in a few weeks time for hi lights and cut. Olivia is lovely, very friendly and professional which made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Came in yesterday with summer for a balayage! Absolutely love it! Was very nervous about having my hair done, summer took her time and listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. She also gave me some amazing advice regarding not only my hair but my scalp also. Couldn’t be happier!
What a gem! I've been going here for years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Emma and her team are awesome. I often get compliments about my haircut. The Ewell salon is spacious and welcoming. They take good care of you and a haircut/colour is a relaxing experience and very professional at the same time.
I found Unparalleled by accident when my train from Kings cross was delayed & I needed a haircut. For the past 4 years I've never been anywhere else despite living 200 miles North. I'm a very hard to please customer & I've been through a lot of hairdressers in the last 30 years but Ernesta is by far the best. Her haircuts are always amazing & she's also a lovely person. You'd be mad to go anywhere else
I had a complete hair colour change from grey to silver grey. Wow, Madison certainly knows her business....she ran through the whole process in detail and what she said, she delivered. I love it. Madison took into account my PTSD. Ill be booking in my partner and daughter without fail. Felt like id had a spar as the surroundings are so calming.... brilliant.
I have been going to Emma for almost 15 years now and would never go anywhere else. For years before I had always been nervous with anyone working on my hair and tried many different hairdressers but when I found Emma I have never looked back. She and her staff are complete professionals and very knowledgeable. I have complete faith and when considering any changes I fully trust her advice and have never been disappointed. This is such a lovely salon and for me it is not just about having my hair done but also a lovely experience where I always come away feeling happy and relaxed. I also have to say that Emma is very passionate about her salon with a great work ethic and customer service ethos. This shines though and yet this great service does not even command extortionate prices; they are extremely reasonable, This is truly a great salon deserving 5 stars. .
This is a truly wonderful salon. Emma is a very professional and friendly person, and most importantly, she is a highly skilled hair colourist who is able to deliver excellent results. Most impressively she was able to correct a mistake made by a west end salon, and miraculously actually improved the condition of my hair! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now. Highly recommended
