   My overall experience was okay — not excellent — as I felt the service was hurried. My hair was not styled, just roughly dried, and the stylist briefly asked me if I was okay with that. I thought styling was part of the service. The price was also different from what was listed online, and the additional toner charge wasn’t mentioned during the online booking. I had asked for highlights that would cover my greys, but I don’t think enough attention was given to that request. The colour came out a bit blonde, whereas I had specifically asked for something that matched my existing, much darker shade. I’m happy overall with how it looks, but I’m not 100% satisfied with the outcome, as there are some copper tones in certain areas. Not sure what else to say.

   I've visited this salon three times recently, and each visit has been fantastic. The salon is spotless, and every staff member is highly professional. The junior stylists did an excellent job shampooing my hair, and I loved the recliner seats at the basins—so relaxing! I've had my hair colored here two times and have been very pleased with the results. Nancy is not only friendly and welcoming but also professional. Most importantly, she was honest about what I could expect from the color treatment. I also had a cut and blow-dry with Evan, and it was one of the best blow-dries I've ever experienced. He really listened when I requested not to cut off too much hair. Recently, I had a birthday blow-dry with Jimmy. My hair is thick and long, and it usually falls flat after a few hours, but the blow-dry here lasted for up to three days! So glad I found this place!! My hair has never looked better.

   I hate this place do not go there I pacifically told them to not cut my hair short and they cut loads of they did not give me my head massage and didn’t curl my hair right they are extremely overpriced and I would not recommend it.

   People were nice, place was clean and tidy but the haircut is NOT what I wanted, and I feel really bad. I clearly explained I wanted a Long Layered Bob, as I have round face and wavy hair, and also showed SO MANY PICTURES to avoid any misunderstanding. Instead, I got a straight very short haircut, nothing like the pictures... or even like a Bob. I feel so bad because I waited a year to get a haircut and got this awful haircur that would take long time to grow. The blow dry effect is disappearing and it is even shorter.

   I had my second session with Jimmy at JimmyChoi’s yesterday and once again it was a totally amazing service. I have really thick hair and he carefully sectioned off my whole head to ensure the colour was applied to every single strand of hair - something not many stylists do. Both times I’ve been really impressed with how Jimmy worked out what would be best for me, choosing colours and cuts that have been perfect for me both times. I felt so amazing when I left the salon I had to give him a hug! All the other staff were wonderful too - really friendly, chatty and welcoming. I highly recommend this gorgeous salon!
