   Been coming here for past few years. Generally a lovely salon but Sam (salon owner) always seems to double book and/ or is short staff. I have rarely had my appointment time honoured. If there is a delay, they could at the very least give a courtesy call. Not fun trying to keep the kids entertain for too long in a salon. If you are in a rush, this is not the place to come.

   I took my 7 year old daughter for a haircut yesterday. She had very long hair right down her back. I asked for a cut to take off about 3/4 inches. The stylist chopped over 10 inches at the back and then asked me to check. I was horrified and said it was too short but there was nothing else to be done but to allow her to continue. She carried on. My daughter has ended up with what is effectively a chin length bob with uneven sides - one side is shorter than the other. I told the hairdresser that it was way too short. As soon as we left my daughter burst into tears and cried for the rest of the evening. I am totally shocked and upset about this. I did not ask for that style I said below the shoulders and I cannot believe the stylist chopped off so much at the back without first checking. This is not a review to get anyone in trouble it is simply to warn people to watch carefully as you might not get the haircut you have asked for. It is going to take years for my daughter to grow her hair back. We are both so upset about it. We won't be returning.

   Never ever again. The lady who cutted 1 and half year old son today she had no patient 1st of all. We got there and she asked if we booked. But the place was empty… anyway she started to cut and in half way I just wanted to leave when I saw how is the cut going. Made couple weird shaving marks on my boy head. Not happy at all. I paid even tipped as we just wanted to leave. My husband wanted to stop her half way but it would have even worse result. Do not recommend to no one.the lady had no patient at all. Was feeling so bad how can someone with this attitude work in a kids hair dresser.

   I asked if the y could cut just my sons hairline at the back and round the ears but she cut all over his head and I kept saying not to but she insisted and said she wasn’t cutting the length. My so. Was very distressed and I felt she wasn’t understanding at all. Overall a very bad experience.

   Awful experience. The hairdresser was smoking by the front door before coming in to cut my daughter's hair. The place has some nice decor but smelt like strong bleach. The dealing of the cut with an unsettled toddler was pretty bad. No effort made to build rapport with baby, didn't really ask what was required from the cut. charged full amount for a couple of uneven snips. We went late afternoon. service may be better with other staff.

   This place is excellent for kids nervous about a hair cut. My son doesn't like to be touched and hates having his long curly hair brushed, but the staff here were so patient and gentle. Gave him lots of distractions! And prices are more than reasonable!

   Didn't know how to reassure a worried child. Hacked hair off in great, uneven chunks despite request for "just a trim, please don't take very much off". When my wife told them they were taking too much off they just stopped and said it was done.
