   Had a really lovely experience here from booking my appointment to having my wash, cut and blow dry. Zena the manageress booked my appointment and was so welcoming as it was my first time there. Nada was my stylist and I cannot recommend her enough. So welcoming and chatted to me throughout my appointment taking me through every step. I left feeling fab and loving my transformation so thankyou. Staff are so nice and offered me tea or coffee and are very helpful. Already booked my next appointment.

   I went to Rush to get my hair done, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The lady who worked on my hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she washed my hair, she scratched my scalp with her nails and even hurt me. While blow-drying, she kept pulling my hair aggressively with the brush, and it felt like my scalp was burning. I asked for curls, but she made it completely straight instead! I honestly don’t understand how someone like that can work in a salon. However, I want to thank the man working there — I think his name is Sid — he was very talented, polite, and professional. He’s the only one who deserves appreciation.

   My hair colour, wash, cut, and blow-dry were done by Dee. What can I say! She gave me a total transformation for autumn. She picked the best colour to match my skin tone, and the hair is so beautiful I can’t even find the words. I love my new look and I’d recommend letting Dee give you a fresh change.

   I had a botched hair cut by another salon. I had a consultation with Mia who was wonderful and said it was fixable. Needless to say Mia did a fantastic job of fixing the really bad hair cut. Definitely will go back to her. I would recommend Mia as a hair stylist

   I recently visited Rush in Ealing, and had my hair done by the lovely Alex. From the moment I walked in, she was ever so welcoming and really took her time to understand what I really wanted. Throughout my appointment, her care and attention to detail was evident. It’s really not easy to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients in such a nurturing way. She was so accommodating and made sure that I left the salon feeling fabulous. I can't recommend her enough.    Hi, I used to use this rush but I won't be returning. My hair stylist was lovely and did an amazing cut and colour however when I had my fringe put back in, they told me to come in when I wanted to get it trimmed, no mention of charging after a length of time. I went in today to get my fridge cut and the reception was rude. Her very words were 'what did you expect to just get your fridge but whenever you wanted?'. They charged me £15 but to cut a few cm's off. Compared to Headmasters next door that charges £5 for a fringe cut if you are not a client. For context, my last cut was July. Not even 6 months ago. When you charge £300+ for a cut and colour, it's not something I can do often. I won't be returning to Rush and will be taking my business else. Very disappointed and gutted to be leaving the amazing hair stylists. It's a shame your front of house team are rude. Sara

   Lucy did my hair colouring, treatment and cut, with the assistance of a lovely trainee for hair washing. I was really happy with the colour, condition and style of my hair afterwards.    Dee Best hair dresser for blond hair ! Literally came in not knowing what I wanted .. she gave me 30min consultation really took her time, to understand what I wanted, given me few suggestions. I was really happy with the colour best colour I had in while. If you wanna go blond or your blond hair is growing out or looks brittle she’s the best person for it !!! She was recommended to me by my colleague. Literally don’t regret it.

   Worst attempt at a haircut… EVER! If you aren’t able to cut mens hair, please stop winging it and using paying clients as an experimental training session. I asked for a fade on the sides, 1 into a 2. After trying to do this with scissors, I had to correct the member of staff and reiterate what I wanted. She then proceeded to struggle with the guard numbers and at one point the guard fell off the clippers when she was doing the back of my head. The resulting ‘finished cut’ is worse than I’d received from unqualified family members during lockdown. No fading, no blending, nothing. Not even symmetrical. Shocking! Oh, and they have the audacity to charge £42!! I went into central London the next day and found a decent barber that could fix it for me. Do not visit here if you’re looking for a short haircut!
