   Hair cut with Angela. Really friendly, loads of good advice for my hair. Walked out and said to my husband "I feel like a film star'. My hair looks incredible and my hair is usually a nightmare. She understood my vague description of what I wanted and my god did she deliver. Incredible. She gave me some self esteem for Christmas.

   I went to hob salon for the first time and I had Renato as my hairstylist. He was very nice to me and he gave a lot of recommendations for which haircut I should get. He’s one of the best hair stylists I ever had and I’m so thankful for him. My haircut looks amazing and I love it so much. 10/10 would definitely go again. Amalia

   Had the most amazing experience at HOB Stanmore with the talented, friendly, creative Renato. He totally understood the shade and colour I wanted and he ensured it was enough to last for a good few months. He took time and care, and was so thorough rather than do a quick job that would need a return in a few weeks. Thanks Renato, really appreciate.

   Booked a wash and cut spontaneously - everyone there was so lovely, warm and welcoming. I usually hate going to the hairdressers but Renatto put me at ease instantly and gave me a great cut. he really took the time throughout to make sure I was happy and comfortable - absolutely FABULOUS! will definitely be back! thank you

   I went to Hob in Stanmore for the first time today for a full head of highlights. Renatto was my hair stylist and I have to say how thankful I am to him. He took so much time and care and listened to what I wanted and the colour which he got perfect. Such a lovely, kind, caring person and he was so easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Renatto he has so much knowledge and really does the best job. Thank you again xxx

   Knowledgeable staff about hair and they did show care and attention to ensure patch test was completed as well as strand strength testing when I enquired about hair extension. The negatives were that firstly, on majority of occasions when I paid for a blow dry this was done by apprentices. Whilst I understand it's essential for those learning to have an opportunity to practice I felt the majority of apprentices were not emersed in really providing excellent service and results. Furthermore when paying £107 on each occasion for roots colour and blow dry I believe this is enough to warrant a staff member who is efficient and experienced at blow drying. Unfortunately on all occasions my hair was blow dried, my hair did not maintain its shape beyond a day unlike it would do with my ordinary hairdresser who was on maternity leave at the time (she isn't attached to this salon). This is why I rate this salon only 3 stars.

   Complete waste of my time ! I just had an appointment which I confirmed a few days ago. I walked into an empty salon (no surprise there) and a girl asked me if I had been asked prior to my appointment to do a patch test for colour. I said no. She said didn’t anyone contact you to do a patch test. I said no (again) ! She said would I like to do one then and come back another day !!! I said no because she had just wasted my time .. I have now wasted time driving 40 mins to salon and back again for nothing! Not to mention booking an afternoon off to get hair coloured. Very unprofessional !!! I only have one star because there was no option for no stars !! This is not the way to run a business.
