I had a bad experience with a hairdresser named Ivan when I went to get a perm. Just take a look at the attached photos. It is not curly hair. The chemicals were rinsed too fast, so they didn't have time to affect my hair. I ended up paying 120 pounds for a badly done job. Other hair salons confirmed that it turned out completely wrong.
Visited for the first time here and it’s favourite place! Everyone was very welcoming and nice too☺️ Ivan who did my hair was very attentive to detail to the layers I wanted with the pictures I showed him. I’m really happy with the outcome and I will be definitely coming back for my future hair appointments!
I went to this salon after wanting to avoid another in the area that has terrible reviews. I hadn’t had a haircut in 6 months and needed it cut last minute for an event and couldn’t travel far. Unfortunately, as friendly as the stylist was, the cut is probably the worst I’ve ever had in my life - very choppy and messy, I could have done it like this myself. The salon wasn’t even properly open when I arrived on time for my appointment, which was somewhat unprofessional and awkward… Pros: • Great hair wash experience • Nice looking salon • Stylist wasn’t too chatty so it was a relaxing experience Cons: • Salon or stylist didn’t seem prepared for my appointment • Bad haircut that looks very messy and random • Terrible blow dry results • Tried to upsell me on products that cost more than the haircut itself (and that are much cheaper on Amazon) Sadly I won’t be back.
Farzaneh was so kind, and went the extra mile to make me feel great. I got the scalp treatment done, but she made sure my final look was 10/10. 100% recommend to anyone and will deffo come back again soon.
Well my first visit deserves no more than 2 stars.... the lady cut my daughter's hair terribly. Wasnt even equal, one side was longer than the other.... The layers were like block chops... it was awful. She didn't even cover her properly and had her hair falling in her lap..... I returned to get it fixed and the only talented amazing Hairdresser I can confidently say who rescued my daughter's hair was Ivan!! Ivan was amazing. He took the time to look at her hair and he knew what he was doing. He was kind, attentive and gave the exact hair cut my daughter wanted! If you want a experienced sensible person dealing with your hair then Ivan is the one!!! Ivan will be the only person I will go to for my daughter's hair now! Thank you Ivan!
After a bad hair colouring experience which left my hair looking really sad, I had Ivan work his magic and bring it back to life. He took time to ask me what I wanted and what didn’t want . He talked me through the whole process. I cannot thank him enough. 10/10 all around . Will deffo be a regular with Ivan
I got my haircut for the second time with them today. Like last time the hair cut was great. I really loved it! The service was also great and they were really sensitive to make sure that I have a good service experience.
