   Good and very helpful staff but let down when after buying oscillating multi tool to do bathroom tiling (grouting) found out it does not come with grouting tool to remove old grout And you can not buy single blades so need to shop round

   Can't recommend this place enough, friendly good price and great advice. I was struggling to find the right chain saw chain for my chainsaw, I'd tried b&q etc but had no luck. The second I walked in the door at machine mart I was approached and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained my situation etc and the store assistant was so friendly and I formative and within a few minutes he had found what I needed. I would recommend this store for people who feel intimidated by building stores etc as the staff are so friendly and don't judge. I will be back again and thanks for the friendly helpful service

   Contacted the Wigan branch regarding a problem I had with an air compressor. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and supplied me with a number for their service department. The man I spoke to at this department was very patient and guided me through a fault finding progress resulting in him being able to instruct me over the phone how to repair the fault. Excellent service all round. Speak in normal language and not technical jargon.
