   I have been going to Heavenly Hair for over a year now and never been disappointed. Brunilda is my hairdresser, she is an excellent hairstylist. Everyone in the salon is very professional and friendly at the same time. They listen to the request of a client carefully and suggest options accordingly. They never forget to offer a tea or coffee to the clients. Carmela helped me to reschedule an appointment. I like the head message by Marta while washing the hair. Thanks to all of you!

   I found my experience to be excellent. The wonderful lady who did my hair evened out the colour and layers. I left feeling extremely satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend this salon. Can't wait to go again.

   Just got a money piece done and I love it!Carmela was great! Had a consultation beforehand to discuss what I wanted and she advised on what colour would best suit my complexion. She understood what I wanted and was clear about how to achieve the look I wanted. Already booked in for pre Christmas touch up on colours and trim.

   Staff seemed nice and the salon is very pretty. I was enjoying my experience, It's just a shame that I didn't get the result I had asked for. I wanted a very specific cut and I had confirmed twice over the phone that I would be assigned a stylist who is experienced with this type of cut. 30 mins in, I could see that it was turning out completely different to the result I expected. I actually asked the stylist whilst making conversation if she had done many of this style cut before and she said no! but she said she was glad to be doing something "different"... which kind of made me feel like a guinea pig. When I pointed out that the result was nothing like I had showed her, the stylist made excuses to put the blame on me, for example saying that the hair in the picture is probably a different texture, It's also darker so looks fuller, etc etc. these are two things that she could've told me before cutting my hair. if she had said these two things initially, I wouldn't have gone through with the appointment. I'm sure this place is fine if you just want a regular cut or trim, but I definitely would not recommend if you want something specific.

   I am so impressed with this local salon. I usually go up town for my hair and after covid was not comfortable, until I found heavenly hair in Pitshanger Lane! They are so clean and completely covid secure! As a doctor I know what I’m looking for! I had a colour and highlights done by Bilaria and she got it spot on! I was very happy. I have also had a blow dry there by Carmela and this was also excellent. The staff are friendly and so professional! I highly recommend!

   Carmela is very talented at styling, cutting and colour, so I have always been very happy with my hair. Plus she is a nice person to talk with, which makes the whole experience very enjoyable. Lovely to have a great hair stylist on the doorstep.

   I highly recommend this salon, especially Carmela. She just listens (which, frankly, I have found rare amongst hairdressers in my own personal experience). The whole team is professional and friendly. They promote, use and sell natural haircare products without any harmful chemicals which is absolutely wonderful. I can't imagine choosing a different hairdresser.

   Having recently moved to the area, I decided to try this hair salon and very pleased I did. Carmella who cut my hair gave really good advice and was extremely helpful and courteous and made me feel very comfortable, even though I had previously had a bit of a chop myself, a hairdressers nightmare, she was very gracious about it and I am so pleased with the cut. I will definitely be returning again. Thank you.
