Couldn’t be more helpful hired a machine didn’t work so got a far bigger version in for me immediately and because of the be size dropped it off at my home worked great nice people to deal with I’ve been in business over 30 years and rare to get such good service
I want to say a special thank you to Mark at Speedy services Wigan. He is friendly and understanding. His customer service is top-notch. I hired a wacker plate and couldn't returned it on the day due to a disappointment from a builder. Mark told me not to worry and that he won't charge me for bringing it after the weekend. I was meant to return it on Friday but was allowed to bring it Monday without extra charge. Thank you for your understanding.
Rang wigan store sat lunchtime 12.25 on 27 Jan 24 and arranged hire of a carpet cleaner. Advised to collect before store closure time 1pm. Arrived at 12.48 to find store closed shutters down. Absolutely furious, totally unacceptable.
