   Rude staff, Dangerous GP I ever seen in the UK, No any Doctor or Nurse to see you, all by phone(with delay or Cancel with no responsibilities and no new appointment instead) Manager and Admin are rude and no responsibility at all, Specially NHS let them to Manage this GP like this, Just look at all reviews, my suggestion; Never register with Mexborough Health Centre, or you may wish register then see how they treat you, I hope some lawyers register with them and do serious Complaints, also receptionist are un-respectful with you and they are chilling all the time, it’s largest Hunted house in the UK….

   following the NHS website, i requested my core free travel vaccinations from G.P, the response received from the G.P practise was they don't do vaccinations go to Boots. I therefore reached out to NHS England concerning the necessary vaccinations. They informed me that travel vaccines are available through the NHS for public health purposes. The inclusion of a travel vaccine service within general practice is considered an essential function, and practices are obligated to administer these vaccinations as part of their core contractual duties. The travel vaccines presently encompassed by a general practice’s core contract include Cholera, Hepatitis A, Polio, and Typhoid. they kindly request that the Practice Manager get in touch with me regarding the vaccinations issue as they are in violation of their contract with the NHS. The complaint was stated as been passover to the pratcice manager last Thursday still no update from the G.p

   Been with this practice since an infant. All the staff, receptionists, nurses and doctors try to go above and beyond to help you I see doctor Kumar for my arthritis injections who is always a pleasure to see and doctor Helen is second to non with how she treats you I'm grateful for their time and efforts especially these past few years In these trying times and the pressure they're under I'm grateful for their services Keep up the good work Kind regards Dean Q

   The lack of care here is dangerous. If you do ever manage to get an appointment, the goal is to get you off the phone or out of their office as fast as possible. You will not be listened to during the rare appointment and trying to get one is a full time job. If you don't care, then don't work in healthcare, it's that simple.

   Hi I've never been to a Drs surgery like this one it's the worst surgery in the whole of England receptionists are rude they have no conscience for there patients I've been with Mexborough surgery for nearly 13 months now n never seen my Dr I've rang several times about my symptoms I've been going into the surgery and still can't see my Dr but she want to talk to me on on the phone about my symptoms which I did but how can a Dr prescribe medication and you haven't see your patient how does that work it's so wrong with all that is happening with the NHS why is it I still cant get diagnosed or see my Dr it's really bad and the receptionist just keep making up excuses all the time it's annoying

   Without a doubt the worst GP I’ve ever had, extremely rude female doctor. I had a chest infection and had struggled with my breathing for several days, the words that left her mouth were “well what do you want me to do?”!!! I was absolutely shocked. Eventually she gave me antibiotics and I was fine the next day, however I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behaviour in my life from a doctor.

   Prescribed medication and not even told just found out when I collected a repeat prescription and found new medication in with it. No phonecall to tell me blood results were abnormal or that I needed medication or a repeat blood test

   Never able to get appointments secretary acts a a screening process to find any way possible to decline an appointment even if hospitals have told you that it's imperative to see your gp. Doctor hasn't been doing any physical examinations for months maybe years now only phone diagnosis, may as well google the symptoms. You'll be dead before they see you

   Absolutely garbage service! The nurses I cannot fault, they do a tremendous job and always give 100%. However the doctors do nothing! I haven't been able to get an appointment since before 2020 and the only appointment I did get was via telephone when the doctor asked me what she should do after I'd explained my issue! Bring back doctor Choudry. He was fabulous! I try to order my prescription online as expected but the med isn't even logged on there in spite of it needing to be a repeat prescription. I phone up, get put into a queue and then get hung up on before I can speak to anyone! Seriously, the standards at this place are nonexistent. If I performed as poorly I'd be dismissed or worse!
