I always have such a lovely experience here at Rush Chiswick. The staff members are so sweet and attentive especially Agie, Hannah & Chika from my own experience. They care about their customers and if there’s ever an inconvenience (which is rare) they try their best to accommodate!
Yesterday I went to Rush for the first time the best experience ever ! Arianna did my hair i had the best consultation she carefully listen to you and did a brilliant job with colour and cut and blow dry! Everyone compliments my hair last night! I’ve happily been seeing Chica for a few years now. After moving to London, I struggled to find a stylist who could lighten my hair without it looking dull or flat — but Chica got it perfectly right: golden, warm tones that look glossy and natural! More recently, I wanted a change — my hair had become a bit limp (thank you, menopause!) and I needed more bounce and shape. Chica completely understood, offered thoughtful suggestions, and created chunky layers with movement and life — exactly what I hoped for. Her service is always personalised and consistent. She remembers the little details, checks in before making changes, and genuinely cares. The salon, though part of a larger chain, has a lovely, welcoming community atmosphere — thanks also to Aggie at reception and the friendly team.
I recently had my highlights done by Emma and I am absolutely astonished by the results. Emma took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered professional advice, and executed the colour perfectly. Beyond her incredible skill, the level of service was outstanding. I've received so many compliments on my hair colour already, and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a stylist who combines talent, professionalism and genuine care for her clients, Emma is the one to go to. Highly recommended.
I’ve been visiting Rush and having my hair done by Chica for over 10 years, which is testimony to both her skill, professionalism and customer focus. For many years I visited different salons and continually switched stylists as I would feel disappointed by the level of end to end care received for the prices I was being charged. But Chica oversees every step of the process from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave the salon to ensure you come out looking great and happy with your hair.
I went to fix the fringe and over the phone the lady told me to fix it it was £7 and to do it it was £12 and I was charged at the end £10 . They should have specified more on the phone maybe although I didn’t say anything. Anyways they are very friendly and specially Jonathan who cut my fringe and even gave me some hints on how to comb it better. I will come back . Thank you

Jasmeen is absolutely fantastic. I have been going to Rush Hair in Chiswick for years now and receive many complements on my hair colour in particular. All the staff members here are super friendly and professional. I highly recommend a visit!
I came to the salon with beautiful highlights that I’ve been maintaining for over two years, it was time to do a roof top up and I’ve put my trust into Rush as my original hairdressers closed due to covid. I was served by Josh, he was polite and attended me well. Sadly his skills proved to be insufficient as he gave me orange two toned highlights that did not look good at all. I’ve phoned the salon and asked for solutions as I was really insecure with what was on my head as a result of Josh’s work. The manager was very nice, invited me to fix the colour, she agreed it was not done well as she also saw the beautiful outgrown highlights I’ve previously had put in and knew my hair potential. I’ve given Josh another chance, my hair was bleached and toned twice in a space of couple of days, the roots after the fix up appointment were even more orange. I felt so sad and was not comfortable at all with what have happened. I’ve communicated that it wasn’t what I asked for, my hair was damaged and no other solution was proposed to me. I’ve paid full price for the service. The manager and Josh suggested I buy shampoo and conditioner that would calm the orange highlights he’s just done. I bought it. It did nothing. I was left with damaged hair that was orange by the roots. The only solution I had was to colour it dark brown which is what I did. Obviously elsewhere. For that reason I would not recommend Rush. £350 plus to be left with wrong colour and over processed hair. Wrong cosmetics were also suggested. Really disappointed with this hairdresser. I wasn’t going to write a review but they deserve to be exposed for the quality I’ve experienced.
Starting with the receptionist lady who greets you with a smile and warmth and continue with professional stylists who take care of your every single hair, and and positive attitude, made me feel very happy and valued . So, I will definitely return to this amazing shop. The Macedonian guy did for me very great job! I am so happy! Thank you so much!
