I was very impressed with the assistant, Lauren. She was very knowledgeable about all the products in the bathroom showroom area. She made us welcome when another assistant was on the phone throughout whole visit. Lauren listened to our questions and answered them, showing a good understanding of bathroom requirements. We had a bathroom done by ocean bathrooms and they get all there supplies from city plumbing. We went to the howley store . Gregg and the lovely lady next to him was so helpful. Nothing was a burden to both of them . They advised us on a feature wall and more or less everything else . To say we are pleased with the bathroom is an understatement. We know it’s down to the hard work of ocean , but the knowledge and help of city plumbing staff was the foundation of a great job Thank you Paul and Jo
Really helpful! The guy me and my dad spoke with went out of his way to find a part for us which they didn’t stock. He even emailed the links to me. Great service, highly recommended.

Not very reliable. Made a telephone appointment and manager was half hour late. When he did finally phone he asked if we had received a catalogue. Then took our address to drop one off. Still waiting after 2 months. Maybe they don't need the money to run the business.
