Good practice if you can get past the receptionist. I rang this morning after a 20 minutes wait and was told we're booked up ring 111. As someone who is asthmatic and on a cancer aftercare program who currently has a chest infection I find this deplorable. Sorry for the rant but this is not the first time I've been fobbed off by a receptionist.
Can't get an appointment over the phone ,it's get ridiculous now
Rang doctors and prescription line too order my prescription. Told them I can only collect on a Monday because of work but then I was told it may be ready too collect Friday which I won't be able too collect until Monday which make it's late. Service is absolutely rubbish
Was referred from 111 as needed more support, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Spoken down to like I was a child and that I had no idea what I was talking about.
Empty clinic, I waited 30 minutes for a blood draw and it didn't come. This is some not funny prank on patients. Upset, I left without drawing blood for testing. This is embarrassing and not how it should be.
