I would just say that if it is acupuncture you are interested in, just one or two sessions is pointless, it took about six sessions and some small diet modifications that Jason recommended for me to really see the full benefit. “I recently had hypnotherapy for stress and anxiety due to the menopause. I am on antidepressants and felt that they are masking my emotions as i was always on a level. Since having my sessions with Adam I have now realised some of my issues stem from other things in my life that needed dealing with. I can't fault Adam he is very professional and puts you at ease. The hypnotherapy itself is so relaxing. I now feel that I could possibly try to start to wean myself of the antidepressants and start to feel normal. If anyone is thinking of trying hypnotherapy do it you've nothing to loose I would defo reccomend Adam and would definitely use his services again in the future.”

“Amazing help on the phone, called to ask about location and parking and were very helpful. I booked to get an implant and i wasnt sure if they were going to actually perform the procedure or if we needed it to discuss it first. To my surprise they do it on the first appointment! I just came in, filled out a form, brief talk about everything, and it was time to do it! Very friendly ladies during my appointment, easy to talk to and settled any nerves i had during the procedure, they checked i was numb and distracted me during it. Friendly, fast, pleasant experience, highly recommend :) Whole appointment only took half an hour”
