   Fabulous service, a very kind and professional staff. Great place to go for annual eye sight check, shopping for glasses or to get started on wearing contact lenses. I never thought I'll be able to switch to contacts but with great support from the professional and a good subscription offer I started wearing them and I would never go back to wearing glasses full time. It's a life changer for sure. Highly recommend for everyone considering it to scheduled an appointment and to give it a try at Specsavers.

   Whilst my experience here was pleasant, during the online appointment process I requested a contact lens appointment and a hearing test appointment, neither of these were logged so I now have to return to store in two weeks and arrange a separate appointment for my hearing test, none of this was pointed out during the online process and I had assumed that your appointment service would have subsequently booked my appointments. I wasn’t best pleased having to return to store when I had already booked my appointment

   The staff were really nice and friendly, the optometrist was really knowledgeable and explained everything to me and gave me a new prescription for both reading and distance. The glasses were two for one and were reasonably priced. The glasses were to be collected the next week, but were ready in 4 days which was great.

   The staff were all very friendly and easily approachable and the optometrist who did my daughter’s eye test was great with her. He was fully understanding of her age and gave her breaks inbetween stages. He talked to her throughout and made it fun which made her feel more involved and kept her engaged and I was very happy with the service he gave. I would like to thank him, he’s clearly brilliant with children, not just his job.

   Took my elderly dad to Specsavers, Worksop this morning. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and understanding. From the pre-checks through to the actual eye test, then onto picking some glasses, the staff made sure that dad was looked after... including making sure he get the best deal for his new glasses.
