   I'm giving 5* for the salon owner and the nail technician. I will give 0* for Samantha Cheeseman the beautician who is incredibly unprofessional. I purchased an extraction facial on groupon for my daughter, who wanted her skin sorted before returning to school after half term. I emailed to book explaining it was for my daughter and was given an appointment, that appointment was later cancelled and rescheduled for nearly a week later as Samantha was unwell (which was fine, things happen) then again on the morning of the rescheduled appointment she cancelled again. It wasn't rescheduled again until I contacted Samantha myself and you guessed it day of the 2nd rescheduled appointment I turn up with my daughter and wait for half an hour with no communication whatsoever despite me emailing, texting and calling her mobile. The nail technician who was in the salon couldn't have been nicer, apologising on Samantha's behalf and messaging her and the salon owner to try and get the appointment fulfilled swiftly. The salon owner came to the salon very quickly to speak to me. Incredibly nice! I would recommend the salon, and I will be calling to get the nail technicians Instagram to book in!

   I’ve been coming here to see Rosanna and Laura for many years. Today we went from very light blonde straight hair to light mahogany with waves! Absolutely love everything from the consultation at the beginning of the week to discuss colour right through the appointment today. Nervously going many shades different and hoping my grey was still covered and that I suited a change. I would definitely recommend these ladies to everyone - professional, friendly, informative and so very affordable. Thank you soooo much

   Rosanna was excellent taking her time to talk me through the process of colouring my hair for the first time. She went above and beyond in terms of service and explanations but when the day actually came the attention to my hair was incredible. I didn’t know what to expect but at all times my expectations were managed impeccably. Love my hair, loved the service. Definitely recommend!
