I visit Paul and Alan over a 3 year period on and off. Due to the nature of my injury my back pain would come and go. As time went on the pain got worse Paul suggested IDD therapy. This worked out to be amazing for me, after a course of treatment over around 12 weeks my pain was gone! Nothing is ever too much trouble for Paul, always there to help and offer advice. Highly recommend
Paul was great with my recent ankle injury. He was very professional, friendly and explained everything. I needed to be back on my feet as quick as I could and he did all he could to help me back to full fitness. He went over and above to help me and would definitely recommend him!
I count myself extremely lucky to have been treated Paul and Alan at their clinic. I'd been off work for nearly two years following a back injury and my career was finished because of this, Paul and Alan changed all of that and have given me my life back. I decided that I had nothing to lose by trying the IDD therapy, it was 100% worth the 2hr drive to Rotherham and then back home to be able to access this revolutionary treatment. Paul went to great lengths to help me and spoke to me at length prior to me taking the plunge to get started, he felt sure that I would achieve great results...he was so right. Paul and Alan are extremely knowledgeable about their field and extremely down-to-earth. I'll definitely be resuming maintenance IDD treatments in the long-term as soon as I can, this treatment is invaluable, as are Paul and Alan.
I contacted the practice after having an injury to my back. I was seen very quickly with treatment starting straight away. Paul was fantastic & made me feel at ease. He had me pain free again in a few weeks. I would highly recommend them.
A successful outcome once again for a nasty shoulder injury. Unable to sleep and very painful doing normal activities. Great diagnosis from Paul and he set my expectations that this could take a while to heal with treatment and exercise plan. I took my son Alex who had recurring groin problems. We’d already seen 2 Physio’s but the problem wouldn’t go away. Booked in to see Paul and he diagnosed what was causing the issue. Within 6 weeks Alex was back playing and hasn’t had an issue since. Excellent and knowledgeable service.
There’s no doubt of the excellent level of knowledge and experience that Alan and Paul have and its was put across in a way that was easy to understand and provided great treatment for my knee injury. Its also done in a friendly manner with a genuine personal care, which made seeing them an enjoyable experience, as well as getting the recovery that my knee required.
