   Took my 5 year old special needs autistic son in for a haircut. The stylist gave my son an uneven cut and and cut my son's ear. It was bleeding quite a bit and the chap who cut it didn't even apologise. I know accidents happen but a sorry would have been appreciated. Another stylist evened out my son's hair before we left but needless to say I won't be returning. The receptionist was very sweet and attentive to my son and apologetic but stylist could have least apologised for harming my son. Not good

   Was a good hair dressers until Joanna left. I've been there twice since she has left the fist time he didn't even speak english and asked of a little trim and he butchered my hair with a cut throat.the second time.this time i asked the say to trim the dead ends and shape the back up and she took about four months worth of growth of witch has killed my confidence. Id upload some photo if i wasn't so embarrass

   The lovely ladies at Shine do a fabulous job of making me feel fabulous. I've been a customer here for a while I had my roots done, a trim and diffuser dry all for a reasonable price. I love having my hair washed especially the little head massage. Yasmine you're the best.

   This review is just to express my 100% satisfaction with this hairdresser. I went there hoping they could fix a very bad haircut that I had from Rush and the lady helped me brilliantly. She didn’t only LISTENED but also understood and met my expectations when it comes to a good haircut and beyond. Not only this, the customer service from both her and the recepcionist was great and the £25 fee for the wash and cut is a very reasonable price. I always felt reluctant to go to the hairdressers in London for all the hassle of having to choose between the hair stylist, the director, the junior etc, the killing bill and some sort of pressure to buy products but on this case it felt a very affordable and pleasant thing to do specially after work and this hairdresser an excellent place to go, thank you!

   THEY CHARGE EXPENSIVE AND THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS !!!!!! yesterday I went for a simple blow dry and I told the girl that I also wanted with the straightener, she said it would be £ 5 more. the blow dry was embarrassing, I could feel like my hair was spongy and moist at the root, it seemed like I was in a hurry, she didn't make shape to my hair , it did not have technique. When I saw that my hair had become fluffy, I told her to please do properly with the straightener ..... she don't know even how to do it !!!!!!The worst experience I have ever had. the total price for this horrendous service was £ 27 for a spongy hair and shapeless root. So pathetic . ( my hair is short , over my shoulders)
