I had a wonderful time at Rush Hair Salon. My hairstylist took the time to really get to know me and listened carefully to the style I wanted. She was so sweet, always smiling, and gave me some great advice too. You can truly see that Marsela loves her job and does it with her whole heart. I left feeling so happy and confident — thank you!

I have been going to Rush in Wimbledon for many yearsI have always had excellent Service both myself and my daughter enjoy our monthly visit. Kierann has been doing our hair for a while now as the previous stylist went on maternity leave I absolutely love Bobby he is funny, Friendly and very accommodating the staff made an exceptional effort when I’ve brought my niece down I would never go anywhere else. They have kept the salon open when I have changed my mind on what I wanted done extending my appointment after closing well done all please keep up the good work and Keep making and feeling us all beautiful
I had my highlights, balayage, and haircut done by Marsela, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The colour is beautifully blended. I’ve received loads of compliments since my appointment! Marsela is professional, talented, and really listens to what you want. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend her.
Only given one star as no option to give none … Rush of Wimbledon Rush Hair & Beauty 1st this is my hair after a so called head of highlights and was charged 200 as you can see looks like half a head photos 1 2 3 and after three weeks of trying to get my money back I was told the only way to resolve it was to let them fix it heavy hearted I agreed last Friday thinking the worst that could happen was my hair would be in a bad condition from the bleach ……. Oh no, the stylist that I want to name but for legal reasons, I can’t , made sure that wouldn’t be the worse please see photos4 5 6 7 8 9and … I was in tears and left I ran into Sean Hannah and james my super hero FREE of charged helped sort it out to the best it could be photo 10 11 can you believe I’ve had to go to the rush every day since to try get my money back no manager has contacted me I’ve been working with a receptionist which is very embarrassed about the whole situation which seems to be the only person in the whole rush salon that actually cares still no money back still no sorry … I’m booked in with Sean Hannah tomorrow for them to fix this whole mess rush has made but the fact this has gone on for a month !!! And no contact what so ever I’ve had to walk into the Salon for 4 weeks now it’s disgusting!!!! Avoid rush of Wimbledon like the plague !!!! Let’s hope this gets attention so I can get my money back !! And for a manger to finally contact me I have everything documented I have a massive paper tail !!
Pro: offered a drink - Had a gloss which covered all greys. Cons: when I first spoke to the stylist, she asked what I wanted, I explained the colour and a blow dry with loose curls, to the blow dry request and said ‘yes yes, that will be after’. After my hair was washed following the gloss it was ‘rough dried’ and I was asked if it was dry enough for me to leave. I explained I had asked for a blow dry with loose curls and the stylist drying my hair was unaware. She spoke to the stylist that had coloured my hair, that stylist came and told me she would be with me in 5 minutes. I went to the toilet and came back to a young woman that offered to curl my hair, she did her best and was very sweet. However she didn’t know what she was doing and said so; she said ‘I am not a hairdresser, I was just asked to curl your hair, I don’t know how to do it.’ I paid at the till and quickly left, when I received the receipt via email, I was shocked to be charged £25 for the blow dry from someone that isn’t a hairdresser - The curls dropped pretty much within the hour. Not only this when I got home I discovered that the hairdresser had not washed out the dye from my face and I even had a long line of dye in the middle of my cheek. I should have checked the price breakdown before paying and spoken to the salon manager, but unfortunately it was too late when I checked the receipt. This was by far the worst salon experience I have ever had. I am gutted as I really wanted to love them because the location is convenient for me, but I will not be returning. I am just happy I didn’t ask them to cut my hair.
Amazing service from Silvana. My hair colour/cut was top notch and she was brilliant, thank you. The reason 4 stars is the salon was freezing cold. I you have to sit still with wet hair for 2 hours, this should be considered and the salon warmer.
Becky, as always, did an amazing job on my hair. She always listens to what I want (and I can be a pain with deciding) and takes the time to discuss my options. Always thrilled with the results once she’s finished. Becky also does an amazing job for my little sister, who is quite nervous with people cutting her hair. Becky went through every step with her to ensure Lily was happy with it, and Lily was thrilled with the results. Thank you so much Becky x
I have just moved house away from Wimbledon and had my first haircut away from Lauren and the team. They say you don't know what you've got until it's gone - its true! Lauren is fabulous and following my last experience at my new hairdressers, I think I might have to travel back to Wimbledon for future!
