Tried to call to check if my dad has an appointment for tomorrow he's unsure because he has alzheimers. The phone line just hangs up and won't accept any query calls very poor support for patients

As a family we have been with the Stag medical centre for many years and I would like to say that as a family we all agree that we are very happy with the whole service team. Having elderly parents that have recently moved into this service they have the comparison from another medical centre and are very happy of the move and always singing praises for how good the reception are at their jobs and how caring and understanding the whole medical teams are at meeting their needs, which is quite often and have all been great. Thank you stag for all your help over the years.
This GP surgery is superb. Always have time for me, staff are amazing and friendly. I've never had any issues with them. I get appointments when needed and Dr Bell is honestly the best GP I've had in 50 years
Booked appointment got one with rose court Dr Rashid on line. It came by text as telephone conversation got phonecall but missed it. I rang but ninth in line. Did not get another phonecall back. I would have thought they would give another call back. So will have to call again to make another appointment yet again. In this day and age it is sort yourself out by the look of it. Not happy.
So supportive. I am very grateful from ring backs to consultations so very thankful. Wish I could buy you all a box of something nice. There is not a a lot to celebrate in the world at the moment but all you staff are brilliant. Thank you
Excellent doctors. Clearly there are queues on the phone due to the volume of people requesting some sort of assistance but always been get to get the help needed in a timely manner
Can not fault the doctors at all. Have been absolutely brilliant through Covid when heard many horror stories of other doctors. Telephone appointments absolutely brilliant for us workers, I can be anywhere in the country and get the help I need. I'd also say that when needed a f2f appointment against this has been excellent and in a timely manner. Well done
Waited for a telephone appointment for 2 weeks, told it was at 9.10 am. At 11.30 rang to be told that they don't give appointment times but would recieve a call soon. 5.30pm rang again to be told that a message would be sent to the doctor. When asked when I would hear from them was more or less told I'd have to wait and see. Very curt and rude. Doctor rang and said she'd been trying to reach me. No messages or missed calls tho. All staff should be sent for customer service training.
I am reluctant to give a favourable review as I’m finding it as hard as ‘pushing water up hill’ just to get an appointment, the waiting times and obstacles are ridiculous to be honest, I’m fed up of Covid being used as an excuse, public health England have given GPs millions recently to get their act together and start seeing patients, I just want some bloods doing and a diagnosis in order to live as normal a life as possible but it seems too much to expect. I hope I can review this score more favourably in the not too distant future but I’m not holding my breath
