   My local was unexpectedly closed when my terrier's claw was ripped most of the way out. Headed there and they saw me two minutes later. Two minutes after that they brought him out, put a claw in my hand, and told me there was no charge. Amazing folks.

   Sadly I do have to write this review. Had to bring our little dog in on Monday as he was constantly being sick. The whole experience from going in to see the vet was horrendous, it was explained to the vet that our dog did not like a particular procedure and that he would become very anxious. He was taken into the treatment room that seemed like a life time and to hear his distress was extremely upsetting. When he was returned to us I felt the need to comfort him but was told to ignore him! ! Even though i did agree with the vet that maybe we do pamper him too much, and as i was told he is a DOG! This little fella is a very big part of our family and gives us so much love and affection, he is extremely sociable and we certainly have never experienced any agression whatsoever from him, then to be told he had to be muzzled and that his behaviour would go worse and would need behavioural classes, litterly floored us. My daughter was extremely distressed and no empathy was shown to either her or our little dog. I did ask what possibly caused the sickness but was not given any explanation, or that if there was no improvement to take him back. I would like to thank Darren on reception who showed my daughter so much care and empathy and is always a delight to deal with so thank you. A big thank you to all the receptionists and nurses who are always brilliant. Sadly our little dog not longer trusts us and we are trying to regain this, he was extremely traumatised by the whole experience so much so i sat up with him all Monday night through to Tuesday as i really thought the worse was goiong to happen. Sadly my daughter has decided she can no longer return to this practice as the trust has gone.

   I really like this vets practice, the staff are lovely and clearly care a lot. They cared for my cat really well and were mindful of bringing a nervous cat through a waiting room of dogs

   Always great service by amazing staff! Our cats get treated like VIPs here and so do we, always made to feel welcome knowing our feline family are in safe hands. Lovely vet with very caring and thorough staff. I think this practice sets the standard for other vets to follow.
