   Best Hairdresser in London! Always quick and amazing service here, for great value. I have been getting my haircut here for a few years and truly always happy. My requests are heard and executed every time with ease, i’ve cheated a few times and never been as happy leaving as I am when I come to One O Three. They offer a lot of services but i can attest the men’s haircuts are flawless so I can only assume the rest of what they offer is as well!

   I had full head of highlights and cut in August, and was told by Lara I should get toner (extra £40). The service all seemed fine but when I got home my hair started turning pink and over the next few days got more and more pink which was very embarrassing. I ended up going to a different hairdresser to get it rectified. I mentioned this in the review asking for refund as the whole situation cost me a lot. No reply. I then sent an email and 2 follow up emails to no response. Really bad service and I would appreciate a response and my refund.

   I'm not very happy with recent hair cut. Despite giving clear instructions on the layers, I left with an ordinary trim instead of the layered cut I had asked for. The hairdresser did not check whether I was satisfied with the length or style, and I found myself having to repeat my requests. Overall a poor experience. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve both service quality and attentiveness to clients.

   not a great haircut. it was trimmed in the strict definition of the word. I was hoping he'd follow the same cut, but he did not. he literally just trimmed it and didn't follow the layers. a family member who is clueless most of the time noted there was a section in the back that just kind of sat there in a weird shape. Also the fringe wasn't thinned as per the request. I ended up going to another salon to fix it

   Got a last minute appointment and the team did a great job!!! The stylist (Zina) knew exactly how to deal with my hair (north African type of hair) and did the blow-dry + straightener in no time!! Felt very comfortable, the salon was very clean and the staff was great!! Highly recommend and the cherry in the top? The price!!! Amazing!! Will definitely go there again!( my hair still looks the same 3 days on!!)

   This was my first experience at a hairdressers and I couldn’t be more glad that it was at this one! Tho a bit pricy for me since I’m a student, my hair has never felt and looked so amazing before in all my years of living! I have got so many compliments since going here. The workers are all super kind and welcoming and also while being helpful. Would definitely come here again for a touch up in my hair ♡

   I wanted to get some natural highlights on my natural dark hair. Was promised a subtle colour. Unfortunately the result is not what I wanted or was promised. Still I thought, too bright but maybe I can like it and tried to stay positive after leaving the salon. But then I talked to people and got their honest opinions. Noone found it natural at all :( I guess I’ll hope it washes away by time somehow, if not, will have to get it fixed somewhere else :(((
