Never been here before but loved the look of the Salon, I have just spent the last 2 hours having the best highlights and cut. Fabulous !
Avoid this salon at all costs. The owner is extremely rude and unpleasant to be around. I worked here for 3 and a half months and I was dismissed for no valid reason at all. All reasons given were false and the real reason was because I’m quiet as I suffer from social anxiety and the salon had no patience for me. I wasn’t given a contract the entire time I worked with this salon due to bad organisation skills even though I had finished my probation period and passed. Multiple times I was spoken too inappropriately by the owner or staff at this salon and no action was taken regardless of complaints and proof. I’m an eighteen year old who has been left with no job due to this and no back leg to stand on as they gave me no contract and knew what they was doing. I was dismissed one day before I believed I had work and on top of this, I was paid less than what I had worked for and no action was taken up until now. I received a email two days ago regarding the money I am owed despite the fact that I made this clear on the same day I was paid which was over two or three weeks ago and I’m still awaiting these funds. Most of the lovely reviews for this salon have been created by the manager her self using staff members google accounts to try and create a false image. This salon is extremely sly and unprofessional and doesn’t follow the law! I wouldn’t recommend at all. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere where deserves it!
Mark is the best. He has been doing my husband’s hair since he was a teenager and he does it the best. I have been going to him since 2016 and he does wonders. All I say to him is to do what he thinks will suit me best. He certainly does that. His team are lovely too. Great service, clean premises and delicious drinks menu. All at reasonable prices. Would go nowhere else.
I travel over an hour to get my haircut as I will only ever have Emma do so. Why? She is by far the best hairdresser I have ever had and I have had a fair number. She is professional, incredibly talented, warm, kind and friendly - you couldn’t ask for more and the salon are lucky to have such an amazing talented person working there. The other staff are friendly, the salon is clean, modern and well located. 10/10 261 you are perfect.
An absolutely amazing Salon. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always on point with their customer service. Shae, Greg, Mark, Emma and Kooi are wonderful. Shae has highlighted, cut, blow dried and styled my hair to perfection every time I have been here. The look of the Salon is on point too. Very modern and classy. A variety of hot and cold drinks are available too.
More than just a salon! Amazing stylists... the gin & tonic was also a nice touch. I can’t wait to go back as it is just a beautiful little escape in Parsons Green, with the interiors having as much attention as they have to my hair. Well done!
Getting your hair done in a new salon can be scary, never mind in a country that is not your own- but I came into Hair @261 for a conditioning treatment and a cut and was blown away not only by the stunning interior of the salon itself, but the hospitality and talent of my stylist, Jess. I felt completely at home, and fully intend on returning the next time I'm in London!
