Stylist Mirka I had such a great experience with Mirka! She was so professional, attentive, clearly very skilled, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely visit again and will recommend to others. It was my first visit and truly love the result!

Excellent experience, for a returning customer. Professional and talented team. The location, the atmosphere and cleanliness all top notch. The quality of products is a high standard. Special thanks to Mirka for her amazing touch and style.

Highly overpriced, the quality of hairdressing and after service is not good. They leave a huge gap between the highlights and the root which always looks odd and the highlights are brassy. Even the most ordinary salons will offer you water or a cup of tea or coffee however they charge you for little things like that whilst charging you exorbitant hairdressing prices. Not worth the price and there are much better places elsewhere.

I was happy each time I went there and have been having my hair highlighted for years. Unfortunately the last time I went there I was told my hair wasn’t holding the colour which has never been an issue so over £500 for a full head of highlights and it was not even close to the blonde I asked for

I have very fine hair and used to put off getting a haircut as it’d make no difference, but a haircut here will leave you feeling confident for weeks. In fact, last time I had a stranger shout a compliment about my hair from across the street! Mirka is fantastic, very kind and listens to what you want. When she’s been away I’ve felt anxious if I’d be just as satisfied and I’m happy to say they’re all clearly trained to an incredibly high standard by Hiro. Haircut aside, the way they wash your hair and give a Japanese head massage is to die for and worth the visit in of itself!

I highly recommend Hiro Miyoshi, and especially Tsuyoshi, for anyone looking for a top-notch hairdressing experience. I have used Hiro Miyoshi around 8-10 times now and will definitely be returning.

My hair colour was lovely and I have no complaints. The colourist was professional and experienced. It was overpriced which I wouldn’t mind if I was fully satisfied. I wasn’t happy with how my fringe looked once my hair returned to its natural state, it was uneven and unflattering. I asked the salon to fix it for me on dry hair. The assistant was rude and demanded that I have to pay £60 for a blow dry if I wanted the fringe fixed. I tried to explain that I have no interest in a blow dry, and given the price of the service surely it would be complimentary to fix a few strands of my fringe which I’m not happy with. ignored everything I was saying and kept on insisting I had to pay for a blow dry after which I gave up. ‘We’re different from other salons’ is what I was told when I questioned this. Manager apologised for the assistants and called me but I can’t imagine going there again after all that.

I wish I could give this salon ten stars! Service level superb. Last week as I walked passed the store front, I noticed that the clientele leaving the salon looked amazing. I had an hour to kill before meeting a friend, so I popped in and asked if I could spontaneously get a walk in appointment for a manicure. They were very courteous and took me in on the spot. During my nail session I observed the staff meticulously attend each client. For one, it was one of the best manicures I’ve had in a while. A few days later I decided to book a cut and blow dry with Hiro. It was a very good decision. It’s been three years since my last hair cut, I desperately needed to clean up the ends. Hiro knew just what to do. I’m so happy with the job he did. ♥️

Traveling thru London on business and was searching for a nail salon, found Hiro salon and had a wonderful manicure. During my manicure I got such wonderful vibes from the people and space - all the customers and stylists were so happy, I made an appointment for a haircut for later in the day and was NOT disappointed! I’m so happy I stopped by, and so pleased with the service received, reasonable prices for the Mayfair location, luxurious services and wonderful staff. Brava!

Had to wait for 30 min, and wasn't even offered complimentary tea for the wait - or warned that I have to wait for so long. The stylist was professional, but tried to curl my hair although I explained that I have Japanese straightening and don't like it when my hair curls. Luckily, the curls didn't last for long (as expected), but why would you do something your client doesn't want to get? Also, the hairdo didn't last for more than 45 min - by the time I got back to the office, it looked the same. I would expect a longer lasting result for the money I paid. Fringe cut is priced at £35 - triple the price against other Japanese salons I usually go to. And my fringe was cut way too short, as - again - I wasn't listened to. So overall, not the best experience. I recognize that their stylists are professional, but they do not listen to your wishes, so if you are happy to experiment, then go for it. But if you know what you want, be prepared you might not get it.
