   Disappointed with my cut and felt cheated and scammed as I was over charged. The website says one price and this woman said another. When I challenged the woman she told me it’s because I have ‘extra long hair’. Avoid. You cannot have one price on the website for long hair and make up your own price in person. Absolutely awful, poor customer service.

   Been getting my hair cut for a while here and have to say it's superb!!! Fantastic service. Dorota is an incredibly talented hairdresser and a warm, lovely person. Really enjoy spending time with the staff, love my cut as always, highly recommend.

   One of the most hostile salons I've ever been to. I went in to enquire about a hair appointment and got horrible looks with no welcome. When I explained what I'd like they thrusted a card in my hand and said no-one is here to confirm that booking so call back another time. Really disappointing as I was hoping to use this salon for several hair and beauty treatments. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in Tooting. Thank you for responding. I went into the salon on a Tuesday (same day I posted this review) as I knew it was closed Mondays. It's wonderful that you are supporting hairdressers and beauticians from Ukraine. Perhaps a sign on the door explaining what the space is being used would help new customers understand. The people I spoke to did speak English and regardless of language barrier, there should be an acknowledgment and warm welcome to customers who come into the salon. Wishing you all the best.

   I was looking for a reasonable Airtouch price and get my hair more blond as I my previous coloring. I found the girl Masha on Instagram from STUDIO MAX. I've showed her the my desired color and she assured me she can do it. I was going all the way from a different town to get that service. In the end my hair turns to a horrible greenish-brown. Masha still insisted that my hair will get 3 tones lighter after a few washes. Which is wasn't true. And my hair became even more dull taupe color. I've messaged her and ask to return at least half of the price I've paid ( £130). She understands she done wrong procedure and at beginning agreed to pay me a half money back. But after a few days she said she wouldn't give me nothing back !!! This is absolutely unacceptable attitude. I probably shouldn't pay at first place but I really had a naive hope my hair will get lighter as she promised. So, please be careful with the choice of the hairdressers. I've spend £160 including journey and received a horrible hair and absolutely disrespected behavior P.S. on pics my hair before and after
