   Very disappointed With this salon. My elderly mother went there last week to have her hair cut. It's bad enough that whoever done it, chopped it like a basin but it was also longer on one side. I took her to my hairdresser who advised her to let it grow a bit as it was so short. Then she will be able to sort it. This salon is saying it's been there for 40 years which is true BUT it was fully staffed with qualified brilliant hair stylists, including the owner Tracy. The place used be so busy 6 days a week. Now it is empty every day.The ones that are there now are basic hairdressers, shouldn't really do hair if not fully capable. I would stay clear of this place you want a decent service. Try Adam Alexander at Tooting Bec. That is what Broadway hairport used to be in the Past.

   One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted to achieve. The final cut was 1 inch shorter than the original landing at my jaw (very unflattering) and the stylist added many very short layers to the cut as my hair was wavy which when dried naturally just made the cut shorter and more bulky. Throughout my cut the stylist took breaks to speak to other members of staff about managerial matters which was unprofessional. I returned to the salon uhappy, I was told they do not provide refunds and can only check the cut which would not change much. Not worth the money I paid - avoid!!

   Update! New review: I came here after good experience last time. But now hairdressers was different. And I should say that I’m really not satisfied with my new haircut (for this price). I showed a lot of pictures and told exactly what I want. But she did completely different, like I didn’t tell her. Also I think it’s because she was both stylist and manager, so she was distracted very often on other tasks. Sometimes she even didn’t look on my hair while cutting it… (so I tried to make look somehow better by myself at home) And by the way for this service I paid 27£ Previous review: Really happy with my haircut! Definitely can recommend this place. Violeta knows her craft!

   Was booked in for a wash & blow dry on sat 4.30pm, the lady who washed my hair did a proper scrub, well delighted and the blow dry was very good, lasted for days, thank you ladies

   Had a lovely experience at Broadway, I'm shy and generally hate having my hair done, Leyla knew exactly what I wanted and did a fantastic job, I can't remember the last time I left a hair appointment feeling genuinely really happy with it. I will definitely be back.
