   I’ve been a loyal customer for the last four plus years. I’m non-binary and it can be hard to find salons where I can feel comfortable and at ease but I’ve only had good experiences with Teal up until now. I went in today and was immediately told there were no available slots. When I asked when the next one was, the staff just said they “don’t serve gents” and asked me to leave. This is clearly not policy; I’ve had appointments here dozens of times before. I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the tone and behaviour of the staff.

   Always an amazing experience at Teal - it's my regular hairdresser. Angela is the just the best - and the loveliest person too! I am very picky about who does my blonde highlights and I always feel so comfortable in her hands. Also the service from the reception is super friendly, thanks again! Also love the upgraded interior look!

   While my hair looked nice immediately after the appointment, I woke up next morning to find it in a state of significant damage and dryness, unlike anything I've experienced before. As someone who has had my hair done multiple times by Oriana without such issues, I must admit I was taken aback by the sudden deterioration in the condition of my hair. During the appointment, I had a discussion about lightening my hair. I provided her with a picture of the desired color, but she advised that my current hair color was too dark to achieve it without risking damage. I specifically emphasized that I did not want my hair to become damaged and encouraged her to proceed cautiously, don't push to a result and damage my hair. (I have long and healthy hair). Despite this, the condition of my hair today suggests that it has been over-processed. ( I'm glad I didn't do the whole hair, because otherwise the damage would have been more, on the other hand, it was the front of the hair that is now broken and damaged.) Additionally, there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the pricing of the service. They charge for a "half head" but I did not request or agree to this. When I booked the appointment through your website, there were no specifications about the length like she mentioned, I booked for T section and I did not discuss a "half head" with the profissional I discussed with the receptionist, but she said there was no time for the service. Given that I did not ask for this particular service or she mentioned the service to me, and what she did for sure was not half head, I believe it was unfair to be charged for it. II sent an email to the salon about my disappointment, and I didn't receive any response from the salon, possibly they don't care, so I'll put it on record here that I won't be returning to this place again, my hair is completely dry and broken in the front, and I'm going to have to spend a lot to get it back.

   Absolutely loved my experience at Teal. This place was recommended by a friend and she wasn't wrong. Flo is an artist of a hair stylist. He really listened to what I wanted and delivered brilliantly. He's so talented at colour, plus he's hilarious. Can't wait for my next appointment!

   Just had my first appointment with Flo after my usual stylist had left. Flo made me feel super comfortable as soon as I came in, and was so gentle with my poorly conditioned hair. I love my balayage and am very pleased with the result. Highly recommend!

   This was the most painful blow dry I ever experienced. The hairdresser was pulling so much on my hair it gave me a headache. Even the shampoo was horrible and so rough. The blow dry was ok at the end but I really didn't enjoy my time. Don't go there if you want to relax.

   I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and Mitch was able to give me options as well as his honest opinion of what he thought would work best with my hair and face shape (which was much appreciated given how indecisive I am!). I am so happy with my hair and the service that Mitch provided. He is personable yet professional and I look forward to going back!

   Mitch at Teal has been my hairdresser for many years, he’s always reliable and great at flexing to what I need, knowing how to change my colour up when I want something different. He also gives good chat or knows when to leave you be if you’re knackered and need to zone out. Would highly recommend.

   I visited Teal a few weeks back after researching numerous hair dressers in the area and I am so happy I chose them! I was lucky enough to be placed in the care of Francesca - she was friendly, professional and took on board all of my requests whilst advising what I may or may not be able to achieve. I left the salon absolutely in love with the results, which is something I have rarely achieved over the years! I would whole heartedly recommend Teal to anyone who is looking for great service, a great price and great results - I will definitely be using them going forward!    Francesca did an amazing job, cutting and blow drying my hair today. She listened to what I wanted while also providing some ideas on what else she could do that she felt would add to my haircut and overall style. She took the time to show/demonstrate what she meant which really helped. I followed her suggestions and have left with a great cut, finished beautifully and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
