   Terrible company. They don’t care about their patients or the families. Melissa from the Neurodevelopment team doesn’t have an ounce of empathy & sounds like a computer in her advice ‘computer says no, wait your turn’. Maybe they are so used to speaking to heartbroken parents that they forget they are real people behind the phone. Would advise going private if you can and avoid here unless you are ready for more upset & distress.

   They are absolutely lovely, & so helpful they have saved my life and I am eternally grateful for it, the only minor issue is waiting until I was at my worst to get to the top of the list but, they are absolutely amazing.

   After 4 years of being repeatedly told that my daughter 'only has anxiety', after a 'full' review where the service manager said with full confidence that my daughter had nothing more significant than anxiety. We took her to Ryegate and within 1 session were offered a full diagnosis. My duaghter has Autism. Camhs Not only missed it, but repeatedly refused to consider this option even when I showed them research and specifically requested it. I wish I had better things to say about them. I wish they would have tried to help my daughter.

   They lost my sons paper work,didn't seem too bothered about it either. We wait weeks for follow up appointments and always have to chase them, phone calls are not returned. On the whole they seem to be going through the motions box ticking without really dealing with issues that they should be. I asked if my son could be treated somewhere else I was told "yes you can re apply to Sheffield but you would have to start at the beginning again." The begging for my son was 3 years ago.
