Certainly not like it was in the 'good old days'. Shame that the good one have to retire. Having a long term medical condition I only ever attend now as a last resort. My last encounter with the Dr was embarrassing. Although you are now supposed to be able to book online you are not able. I have contemplated moving to another surgery but they all seems to have the same poor reviews.

Unsupportive and insensitive, good riddance . Was a good practice in the days of Collinson and Myers when doctors actually listened and gave you time and had some empathy . Ravi almost gets pleasure out of making things as difficult as possible. Been at this surgery since the 80s as a child but since the last two weeks of my experiences here I am happy to see the back of this absolute circus. Put people back at the centre , shove your 10 minute slots of an appointment.

Absolutely incompetent Doctor R has taken my husbands care back three years with his, relentless ,cruel way of taking pain medication off him without any contact and telling us he wasn’t going to . My husband in constant pain and even boots pharmacy have told the doctors it’s ridiculous. This is no longer a caring surgery.. I only hope that one day R can feel the pain my husband’s in .

How this practice is still running I have no idea! It needs to be investigated! 2 counts of medical neglect with 2 different family members. I know we won't be the only ones and completely refusing to see patients through the pandemic but multiple receptionist from different households can all sit in their office without 1 on and this was during lockdown. 1 star is too good for them! GMC and CQC should investigate this practice but I suspect they'll know before a visit

Not happy with the support from this surgery during this period on Coronavirus, phoned them this week to ask if I could be exempt from wearing a mask due to my asthma, which I have struggled with for many years. The receptionist said I did not fit the Government criteria for a severe lung condition, I struggle to wear a mask as I feel I cannot breathe. The receptionist said she would speak to one of the GPs and get back to me.Still waiting to hear. This is unacceptable and I feel totally let down !

Can't get an appointment for at least 4 weeks. Unless you're a mate of the receptionists. Fact, I've actually witnessed this happen. The best doctor's have all done a runner.
