Went there for a haircut, the service is very poor and quite overpriced for their skill-level. One star is extremely generous.
It’s always a pleasure visiting this salon, I’ve been coming here for over four years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are consistently polite, professional, and incredibly skilled, especially when it comes to balayage. They take the time to really listen to what I want and always deliver beautiful results. I’ve recommended this salon to friends and family many times, and they’ve all had wonderful experiences too.
My hair has lasted a week.. (the shame of not washing).. and i was complimented on it today.. Bearing in mine not many people can straighten my some what frizzy and fluffy hair.. yet Hussain does this everytime.. NO straighteners used.. just a good blow dry..
Not even one star isn’t even deserved . They have no knowledge of hair and have ruined my hair. I wanted my hair toned away from the orange tones now I have patches everywhere. And my hair just smells of dish soap. Honestly, should avoid these uneducated people. I wish this could be actually dealt with properly, not just having ever speaking in their own language on the phone ! Very rude and unprofessional and we need more real reviews unlike all these false claims.
Even one star is too much...Don't get these people, especially Ersin, partner near your hair. He has no idea about hairdressing or hair; he ruined my hair with an unexplainable layers, cut, and I will need a minimum of a year to get it back to what it was with length and style— very unhappy old customer.
Hi I started using this salon because I went to turkey for surgery and they put for Extensions. are the best but you have to go every single day means 30£*7 =210£ plus tips never less than 5 £ So I spend per month nearly 800£ or more because the treatments Botox keratins that have no sense because extensions are dead hair!!Greedy never ever did a discount NEVER even when I want to take my extensions they convinced me to put another one for 800£ before when I told them how much I’m Ben charge in Istanbul was exactly the same amount!!!
They are professional and very friendly. I had a hair cut and blow dry, very much satisfied about it.

First time at this salon today and I was absolutely delighted with the expertise of these guys. Both professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed with the results and would highly recommend. Cannot wait to return for my next visit.
Money grabbing unprofessional people. I only went there as it was the only place that had a slot. Charged my 3 year old £15 for a trim not even a proper hair cut! The director is a rip off and just money hungry!!! Would never go there again, I rather spend double somewhere else where they have proper customer care, this is the most unfriendly place I’ve ever been too! Avoid!!!
