   First time at this salon for a weave install and cut, and I’m honestly in love with the end result. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted — I couldn’t be happier with it. I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Sarah’s energy is immaculate. I knew I was in good hands as soon as I sat in the chair. She was attentive, checked in with me at every stage, and really made sure I was happy. She also gave great advice on products and maintenance, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is such a nice space — clean, stylish, and professional, with a really calm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt well organised and high quality.    Words can't describe my gratitude to Sarah! I made a last minute call to get my son's hair done, and she instantly offered to help as she knew the urgency. We were also running slightly late to get to the salon but again Sarah was very accommodation. My son's hair was done to perfection:). Service - 10/10 Customer service - 10/10 Ambience - 10/10.    Sarah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She completed my braids in 1 hour!!!! and then curled them for me. She is so efficient in the way that she works and was so gentle with my hair. This was my first time visiting and she made me feel incredibly welcome. Her experience doing hair is clearly shown. She is a star! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!    When trying a hairstyle for the first time you want to feel confident and taken care of by a professional - getting my Knotless Box Braids at Troyale ticked all of these boxes. I had a great experience interacting with Sarah by phone prior to my appointment. She was clear and listened to my specific requirements and offered suggestions when I wasn't sure about the colour and length of hair I wanted. I felt confident before my appointment and I was not let down and am very pleased with the outcome. I thought the time quoted was ambitious, but Sarah even finished ahead of time. Absolutely talented! I will definitely be a long term customer. Sarah has done such a great job, I've shared my experience with at least 6 people - who will be getting booked in. Great service. Compliant with current pre-cautions.
