I had my hair dyed for the first time by Karina and had a really lovely experience. She managed my sensitive 4c hair with care and did an excellent job keeping my hair looking shiny and healthy after the dye. Her and Grace are the dream team - they are very skilled at what they do and are motivated by their passion and knowledge rather than money so I trust every hair advice they provide.
Grace was so great! She was so lovely and I'm super happy with my cut.

Lovely salon, place is nice and clean and the staffs are very friendly and polite. I did a treatment on my first visit it was so relaxing when my hair was being wash I feel asleep lol. My second visit I had my hair wash again which was so relaxing then had hair extensions added which everyone complimented on how natural and beautiful it looked. Am going for my 6th appointment this week can’t wait I always leave Tofem hair and beauty salon looking and feeling my best. Had my lashes done by the beautician as well I was well please. Thanks.

Booked myself in for a 35 mins head massage. Not worth the price. Left with a damp cold head as hot wet towels were used as part of the treatment, which made me feel worse. The room was cold so struggled to relax. One star awarded for the oil used which was nice but overall I was bitterly disappointed as reviews seemed to be good.
I found this gem on a walk whilst exploring and I instantly fell in love. I walked in last week for a full Hollywood wax and Freda was so accommodating to my walk in appt. She was gentle and knowledgeable about my sensitive skin so waxed me accordingly. The conversation flowed freely and at no point did I feel like I was forcing small talk. Freda told me about a deal they were having on facials so I made an appt for the following for a Hydrofacial and hair treatment with silk press. The facial was superb! and it came with a free eyebrow threading (which was the gentlest and perfect session I've ever had!) And Bina took her time to ensure I felt calm and relaxed through the entire hour. She was thorough and and explained every step of the treatment so that I was aware of all the applications. I even fell asleep during the facial because either was so relaxing! I followed this by a hair treatment, silk press and trim by Grace. What can I say about Grace? She's kind, absolutely knows her stuff and recommended the best course of action for me to get my hair back to its glorious self after I've been mistreating it for the last year! My natural hair looks straighter than it ever did when relaxed and I'm confident that this treatment will last me for as long as I don't wash it. Overall, I couldn't recommend this beauty salon anymore, if I could give it a 7star I would! Every lady is sweet and welcoming and genuinely interested in doing what's best for you without making you break the bank!
Grace is the best. She took care of my hair with expensive products, goldwell and olaplex. The result was amazing and the price was unbeatable. No overcharging for length of hair amount of hair and all this that you usually hear at haidressers. Good quality of work with decency and respect. Thank you Grace, definitely seeing you soon.
