   I was referred by a friend who initially told me he's good but didn't think anything of it. Let me tell you something, my experience was amazing!!! I chose the popular Deep tissue, Fire cupping and Hijama bundle and it was probably my best purchase in 2025. The clinic was clean, offered snacks before hand and made sure the station was clean and sanitised. I thoroughly enjoyed the deep tissue massage as my traps and shoulders were very tight and fatigued as well as my lower back. He focused on these areas and kept checking on me during the massage. He even threw in extra time during the massage to make sure he did a great job. The service was top notch and the conversation was perfect. We talked about life, family and the future just a genuine lads conversation. I will definitely recommend and will be booking another session for my lower body. Great work Sadat!!!

   I went to him because I was having some serious back pain, and I was honestly surprised at how quickly he sorted it out. Within minutes, he managed to fix it with a massage — I could feel the relief straight away. Explained what was wrong and how I could stop it from happening again. He was really friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience comfortable from the start. He also did hijama during the visit. It was my first time trying it, but he explained everything clearly and made sure I was relaxed throughout. After the session, he made me some tea and gave me dates, guy really takes care of his clients. Been using him on several occasions now, always a great experience. Professional, welcoming, and most importantly, effective. Highly recommend.

   I’m so grateful. I was having some problems with my knee, as I play football at a high level. It was stopping me to be at my best. I came in for a quick check up, and the clinic was able to find out what the problem was. Within 30 minutes of quality service I found myself feeling pain free. Within 3 days I was able to see results on the pitch and training. I 110% recommend. As an athlete the last thing you want is not being able to perform at your best. The hospitality its self was amazing! Thank you for the treatment.

   5 Star Service and Hospitality ! My first time to do Hijama in my life , I was thinking about it for years but was always worried about the cuts people say, the pain and also seeing the blood as well. However , I found nothing of that at S4 clinic. When I arrived he sat me down explained how it will work. He asked me if I ate anything , I didn’t eat anything since morning so he gave me high quality honey which helped to raise sugar levels as he said it will help so I don’t feel dizzy after and he was right it helped he knows exactly what he’s doing. He took his time with me, good massage, then oil on the back , then the hijama. High quality equipments as well.I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever , you only feel few scratches but very very light ones you hardly notice them. If you don’t like seeing blood , you won’t see any. I didn’t see any. He sends you pictures after. After that he sat me down gave me tea with honey with dates and some food snacks to relax and recover for like 40 minutes and we spoke . Overall for a first timer this was a very good experience the opposite of what I have expected. I would have done this years ago if I knew how it easy and painless it is . But you need to choose the right person to do it and I made the right choice. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of doing hijama at S4 Clinics. You won’t feel any pain and the scratches are very very light and he does them quick so you won’t feel anything . I will be there again soon insha,Allah. Overall 5 Star Service I can’t think of anything he could have done better. The place is very clean, organised and professional with highly quality equipment as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   My first wet cupping experience! What a great time. Sadat explained the science behind it and did an awesome job of finding the knots, listening to me and what my issues were. Using different techniques to address my ailments. Can't wait to go back for another treatment and sports massage. Great firm hands to work through the muscles. As a runner his feedback and awareness of physiology was reassuring.

   Very welcoming and chill environment, while of course being professional at the same time. I’ve 3 treatments for my sciatica problems and my recovery has progressed after each treatment. Wet cupping is painless and was also given a complimentary tea after the treatment. Very nice and humble guy. Overall a very good experience.
