   Receptionist say that Doctors work certain days of the week, appears none work 5 days a week. Be nice to see same Dr, rather then different Drs , which causes issues with medical information, either not being on form, mixed up etc (which has been the case with me) Since merged lots of information been coming to me that’s not even related to. None of my information is even being looked at properly… the other practice don’t even know me for jacks! Really have gone down hill.

   Since COVID l have found the practice to be improved l don't tend to see too many Doctors (what's new) but the Practise Nurses are fantastic so helpful and approachable with advice and guidance. And l know at times it can be difficult to contact surgery especially when busy but the Receptionists are always polite and efficient.

   Zero stars if I could can't get through over phone when u go in to book get told need to be done over phone. When finaly go though after a few hours of trying each day Refused to book me a appointment every week to re dress my wound from hospital which hospital told them needed every so many days

   WifeJoined phone waiting time for 15 mins, finally got answered only to be told could not be seen .this was after visiting pharmacist on Monday evening & being told to see doctor for anti inflammatory tablets or cream for possible insect bite . Absolutely disgusting place .

   Once again a poor service , not only is it near impossible to get through to the practice but if you are lucky enough to be successful then the service you require isn't completed by staff who are so quick to get you off the phone. Tried to order my repeat prescription on line like I always do but a note on my record said I must speak to a practitioner to enable my prescription to be processed. I can't get a " telephone appointment " for a month WOW!!! So the receptionist said she would process and send it through to the pharmacy...... she didn't obviously too busy!!!!
