Absolutely disgusting patient care. From calling the surgery your met with rude staff. Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare for the simplest of things and whatever ypu do please avoid "DR TEESEDALE" at all costs shes rude obnoxious and her answer to everything is go to A&E shes an absolute menace!!!!
The staff are efficient, kind and quick to help and deal with everything. The new on line form works well and queries are answered speedily. My husband and I are highly satisfied with the whole team who work hard and go above and beyond. Thank you
My husband came this morning for appointment he was told to book online while the lady can give on counter, he said the appoitment was given to other person on the same que. Also we requested through and we got told that we will get call in 2hours but no response. Very disappointing as i have baby with me and need some medical help.
I thinking the lady who answers phone is called elaine, she's such as lovely woman always happy to help, always goes over and above for me, I think as a company you need to know this thanks Elaine ur a star lovey. Rude staff over the phone and at reception every time I ring or visit the practice. Given incorrect information causing wasted appointments and me now having to take unpaid leave from work for another appointment due to no communication between staff at the practice. I was told ‘I didn’t know you were coming’ even though I’d be given a link to book an appointment. It seems like nothings taken seriously and to say your doctors should be a place you trust with your health and wellbeing, they’ve caused me nothing but stress and don’t seem apologetic about it in the slightest. I visited the practice yesterday and was told it was a waste of time as they hadn’t received the forms they needed to carry out the medical assessment for my driving licence application. I later found out they had received the forms over 2 months ago and they just hadn’t been passed to my doctor to fill in at the time of my appointment. I wasn’t called about this. Instead they just booked me another appointment and expected me to know the situation. This could’ve saved me being on hold for an hour to the DVLA just to be told the forms had been sent in May. Absolutely disgraceful service.
From a heart attack I had in September. I have a problem with prescriptions and I haven't had any appointment with a doctor yet. I don't recommend it.
I have been to Dr today and yesterday first for blood test today for results and as I call it M O T. Brilliant staff very professional and informative when questions are asked. The staff are brilliant the nurse I saw today was very nice and explained everything well. To people who have left bad reviews please understand these people are doing a difficult job under pressure and without them we would be in one hell of a mess and I only have praise for the staff and practice.
Can’t get through to speak to anyone. Phones are either completely engaged or you get left on hold for so long, that the call ends itself. Absolutely disgraceful. This is no good for patients or someone that is looking to register with this doctor. Would not recommend.
This is the 3 rd time iv had to complain which iv just done by email and review here ! Been trying since yesterday to get a appointment for my son age 2 he was seen last week put on antibiotics and told to come back if no better well he’s no better he’s as bad and gettin worse and I’m gettin no we’re fast iv just sent a email amid complaint and I’m taking this further now shouldn’t be so hard to be seen especially with a young child he was taken to hospital and after being checked told to go bk to gp following day yeah well iv tried that all day even tried I heart it’s impossible and frustrating sick of this now anything happens to my child because he’s not been given correct medication strong enough to help him or diagnosed correctly and I won’t stop until I get justice he’s a child a young child and constantly I’ll obviously aomtjing needs doing but jus gettin a ring tone after ring tone all day !!!!
Always helpful at this surgery. Always friendly & always willing to investigate further if required. I’m always in touch with the surgery due to my 92 year old mum. I live in Manchester, really don’t get this kind of service as Wombwell provides. Thank you!
