Had to pay a visit here after though what was a fish bone lodged in my throat.( diagnosed to be a very bad scratch/cut in my throat) From the moment of arrival 08.00 to leaving 12.00. Nothing but praise for everyone in the way I was dealt with. Checking in staff, Nurses & Doctors. Very helpful and reassuring. Professional and generally all concerned of my medical issue. Seen by nurses for bloods etc.., Doctors, nurses x-ray and nurses in CT. You do a great job under the circumstances and pressure - Thank you.

Filthy floor. Poor communication. Generally slow and unhelpful staff. Broken coffee machine. Exploitative charging phone point for exorbitant prices but above all we arrived at midnight with an open wound - it’s now 6:45am and even getting painkillers is a struggle. Woefully under resourced.

Took my adult son here due to him getting a foreign body stuck in his eye. He was seen within 20 minutes by minor injuries practitioner. She tried her best but couldn't remove it with the equipment available in the department so referred him to the eye clinic nearby - the A&E receptionist made him an appointment for an hour later and he was then seen (earlier than his appointment) by a Dr who quickly sorted it. All staff were efficient and friendly on this occasion. After a couple of poor experiences in the past it seems to have improved and I couldn't fault the service we received.

Recently had a really good experience with UECC. Very well organized from the moment I came in and wasn't waiting very long. Sorted my medical problem out straight away. Only two slight criticisms it that the lady on reception could do with being Abit quicker( she might be new which would understand her slowness) and also it took my partner half a hour to park.

My little girl was looked after so well today in Urgent Primary Care. Special mention to Josh for his amazing care and making her feel so comfortable. And his colleague who's name I didn't catch. Cannot praise them enough and grateful for our NHS, as always. Thank you.

'Urgent'!Ha what a laugh, I have a child with an urgent problem and they won't even answer the phone, even though some of the times I have tried to call today line was engaged and have been hung up on without answering twice. Great just kill my kid why don't you?! Useless B words. Looks like I have no choice but to take my infectious child to them in person, infecting everyone else on the way. Well done brilliant health care(!)

Walked in with a chest infection and was out within 60 minutes with a prescription for antibiotics. What an excellent service.
