   This is the drive-thru phlebotomy. No appointment needed so long as you have the correct blood form. Much better than parking up and walking into he hospital. Sometimes there is a bit of a line and others you are straight in so its pot luck. Staff are outside in high viz to direct you. Photo is out of my rear window while waiting at the back of the line.

   Moved to another location on site ,entrance is lower down turn left down a hill ( go slow to bottom as levels off & could scrape front of car as i did)go right ,on left is center on way to car park excellent staff as always

   Nice and friendly place just one problem we live close by and when the mysterious alarm goes off its very annoying been at it from 8pm to 1.44 today it's getting ridiculous now how can any sleep I don't know plus there's no contact info to ring anyone to shut it off looked online

   Turned up for appointment having requested a centre with parking. Permit holder only parking available. Signs everywhere. 60 to 100 pound fine. An expensive COVID jab. No parking available nearby so went home. Waste of time.

   The 2 lovely ladies who gave me the jab were polite and really helpful, I would suggest they change the admin though, the lady I saw was quite rude, I guess they do get a lot of abuse but that is no reason to treat everyone as if they are a just an annoyance, its funny as my partner recognised her as working at a GP practice in another part of the city, one has to wonder if she got the sack! All in all it went fine, it would just be nice to see a polite admin person, after all people will be nervous about a jab. In and out in less than half an hour.
