Happy to come across the place. Both stylists are very friendly people with a highly professional mind. Whenever I visit here, I feel comfortable as if I were in Japan. After the haircut, I could easily keep my style without any special techniques for a while—just combing thoroughly every morning!
I almost exclusively get my hair done while I'm home in NYC, but I decided to give Mosaique in London a chance. I'm so glad I did! I believe my hairdresser's name was Ryoko; she was very patient with my explanation (I hated my previous haircut, which I asked her to fix), and allllll of the hair colour pictures that I showed her, (& also me running back home a few doors down to get my computer for a call or a snack or details on my previous colour). She definitely understood what I was going for - she asked the right questions - I don't like to style my hair on a daily basis, I like to airdry and leave it. Although, I'm quite unfussy with my hair, I'm quite happy with the cut and the full head of colour (I have naturally black hair). Also, reasonably priced! Will definitely go back again! I'm sending my husband here as well.
I highly recommend this salon. Naoko rescued my hair from another salon's botched highlighting. Not only she managed to give me back blond hair, but the blunt bob is amazing too. Naoko is extremely professional, warm and welcoming. I am glad I found a hairdresser I can trust with my rebellious blond hair. Thank you Naoko!
My new go to hairdresser. If you are east Asian this is certainly the place you want to go. Ryoco-san definitely knows how to handle mens hair, she asked me what my type of cut I wanted and she took time to note all my preferences and offered great suggestions to enhance it. I think the service was very professional, attentive and competitively priced. A great hairdresser will listen to your issues and concerns and will find solutions to address it, all within the constrains presented. This is exactly what I received and I’ll be coming back for sure.

Very clean, tidy place in a quiet neighborhood. Close to tubes, not too far of a walk. Very nice cut ( lady medium to short cut) !!!! I showed the hair dresser the style I wanted, we discussed the feasibility and she slightly designed it a bit to suit my face better - the result was perfect. If you have a style in mind, bring the picture to her and she will do an amazing job. Very nice and personal service, makes you feel very comfortable. Def will go back.
I can always by default trust a Japanese salon and I can definitely say that I was not disappointed! I booked by emailing and received a prompt and polite reply. Easy and smooth booking. The atmosphere is really chill as it's in a quiet side road and you can't really hear the traffic which was nice. Most importantly I was really pleased with the actual service. We had a brief chat about how my hair is and what I wanted and what would work etc. She also taught me how to blow dry my hair. I was a bit embarrassed as I hadn't been to get my hair cut in ages but she was very chill and made me feel v.comfortable:) Overall, just a great way to spend my Friday evening! Thank you!
