   Things have really gone down hill recently at Stubley. They denied regular health affirming medicine with a text message signposting to a standardised "look in out website for our generic message" and gatekeep access to medics something chronic. They even mentioned to my daughter in writing that they were refusing medicine prescribed by a specialist as they had "limited expertise regarding this particular medication". Such a shame. They did great holding things together during covid but things have really slipped recently.

   I have been going to Stubley since 2020. Although doctors have come and gone the practise continues to strive to provide excellent patient care. From the incredibly empathetic and professional front desk team to the clinicians. I watched the surgery during COVID, very proactive and incredibly innovative in trialing new ways to ensure they are the best providing the best service at all times. To date, I don’t remember ever having a bad experience. So much so that we have moved houses and choose to travel to Stubley because we love the patient care and reliability. As it should be. I would highly recommend the surgery - simple and intuitive web system for appointments, super helpful staff when you go in/call through. And a great team of clinicians. Thank you for providing the best service and care.

   Initially found the triage a bit stressful (although obviously it's very necessary), but the staff we so good with our little boy. In and out with hardly any waiting and he's on the mend now. Glad I moved to Stubley.

   Fantastic surgery. They always make time to see my child no matter what. The doctors take the time to explain and reassure and aren’t patronising with it. The reception staff are all very pleasant and helpful. I always feel calmer when Paige answers the phone, she is so helpful and polite. I’d be lost without this surgery and can highly recommend.

   My family had been with Stubley for many years. Our last appointment was with a Doctor who seemed more interested in getting my Mum off their books and with another practice. I appreciate the logistical reasons why this was done but it wasnt done in a very tactful way (my mum has Alzheimer's). I'd stayed with the practice because of the continuity it offered and she genuinely knew a good deal of the staff who had up until that point always had a great relationship with us. This might not seem like much but to my Mum it was one of the few places she remembered.

   Waste of time!! Doctor doesn't even bother to ring to see if you're OK. Just send blunt don't care attitude texts that clearly state costs are more important than care!!

   Need to sort themselves out. Booked a Covid booster for 4:55, arrived at 4:50 for no one to be around. Someone then arrived at 5:02 and said it’s past 5pm we’re closed. Appalling service. Will wait next text and go to my own doctors.
