Ordered a carpet cleaner arrived very quickly tried on my mattress works a treat noticed the upholstery head was not working rite. Contacted company yesterday a new head arrived today and is perfect. Excellent customer service will definitely buy again
this company has helped me more than they know. as a 22 year old just starting out my own company and getting whatever kit i can afford finding the aqua spray 16 is a game changer being able to show up to jobs and get it completed within minutes has really boosted my clientele. when the equipment arrived i was a bit confused due to not being very clued up on how the system worked they offered me a face time call and worked with me step by step and within 5 minutes i was cleaning and it left the windows immaculate. i even manged to clean the facia and soffits around the whole of my parents house. they offer such a safer alternative than getting the ladders off the van! hopefully soon i will get a gutter vacuum from them and be able to grow my business even further. Absolutely Shocking company would avoid and use Pressure companies that actually know what they are doing. 3rd time ordering something and every time been issues. Latest I Bought a new machine kiam 21lpm £1300 and broke after 3 months. Fuel leaks, loss of pressure, cutting out and won’t start most of the time. Was covered under warranty and had to pay £60 to return it which is a joke in itself. I paid for that last week since they’ve had it I’ve had zero communication on it being received. I had to chase after 5 days to get a very blunt response of it’s been repaired and is being sent back to you for Friday. No call to see if I was happy with the issues, what the issues were. I got this checked by a gentlemen who has been in the business 20 years and outcome was shocking. Non standard parts, mixed bolts with no serial numbers, different colour parts on engine hood of the machine all point to the machine being a refurbished model sold as new. I was told the carb has been fixed even thoughts already been looked at. Anyway had to take another day of work today to wait for the delivery of the machine. Got to 2pm still nothing received. Phoned and was told before 4:30. Guess what? Nothing. They shut at 4 and they knew this wasn’t being delivered today hence why they told me 4:30 so they didn’t need to deal with it. I’ve lost so much money and time with the issues with this machine and this company do not care one bit. The staff are all rude and the customer service is shocking beyond belief. My fault for trusting this company again but I will never use this company and will be posting everywhere I can so no other self employed person goes through this. How do they expect self employed people to just deal with issues like this knowing this could put you out of business. Not the first time I’ve heard of products being refurbished and sold as new with this company so be aware but I’d recommend using Rutland or ECA never had an issue with them. Be careful
Love the new Gorilla GP6 from Equipe 2 Clean. It has great power and adjustability and so many attachments. Not to mention a place/mounting point for everything. So you can wheel it all with you, unlike some brands. Genuinely converted! The guys (Lewis this time) at E2C was super helpful and always respond super fast.
Ordered a Multitool at Christmas as a present, looks great, but second time used it cut out, got hot and leaked petrol. Just been onto customer service, who were asking the user how they were using it!! If it has special usage instructions surely they would come with it?? We will see how we get on and update the review as we now have to send it back from Ireland
The outdoor heater turned up in good time and the heater is working well with the remote control making it easy to operate. It's ideal for providing heat next to our hot tub and means we can use it when the weather is cold.
Good heater for outside. Note remove black packaging to elements before switching on, or you will get your fingers burnt. I note others have suffered too. The none-remote 3 kw heater is on or off with no 1kw 2kw or 3kw settings according to my daughter who is miffed.Full on or of. I bought the remote version with 3 settings. 3kw 220 v is right on the limit of 13a plug.
Prompt delivery from a helpful company. I bought a 3kw infrared outdoor heater with remote control which permits 3 heat settings [1kw/2kw/3kw] - this is an absolute must as the full 3kw belts out considerable heat and depending upon how close you are to the heater it can be overpowering after a short period. Unfortunately the integrated lead and fitted plug are quite short [about 1.5m], particularly given the recommended min height is 1.8m. As a consequence, you may well have to cut the plug and connect the unit to a longer lead, mindful many extension cables cannot cope with the electrical load.
I wish I had read some of the poor reviews before ordering from this terrible company. They part delivered an order and then have consistently failed to deliver the other part...over £400...every day they promise it will turn up but it never does. This has now being going on for 10 days and its costing me time and money. I'm going to have to seek a refund via Paypal and buy it elsewhere. My advice is...do not use this company
