I’ve been going to Hectik Hair for around 15 years and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Both Ebz and Mike are incredibly talented — between them, they’ve completely transformed my hair from an over-processed mess to red-carpet-worthy perfection. Loved my colour by Ebz but blow dry so bad, I washed my hair and restyled it as soon as I got home. Total waste of money. I asked for a bouncey smooth blow dry and got my hair tonged into tight pin curls that curled forward and down not even away from my face. So much hair spray was used I had helmet head. For the price charged if a hairdresser cannot do a smooth blow dry around a barrel brush they should not be working. The one positive was the guy (Sukh) that washed my hair and gave a head massage. He should be working at Nicky Clarke.
I got my hair dyed hair with a semi-perm and unfortunately it didn't last longer than a few hours. For me, that was a lot of money down the drain. I tried to feed this back but after 3 calls and contact forms, I decided that they just weren't interested in getting back to me. Some staff are so friendly and some are so unfriendly. I also find the salon chat around certain topics uncomfortable and not politically or racially inclusive. Hygiene in this salon could be a lot better and so could the value for money. Would not be returning.
This was one of the best hairdressing experiences I’ve had in a long time! Amy made me feel incredibly welcome. I explained the kind of haircut and treatment I wanted, with my wedding coming up in just three weeks, and she delivered exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went there for colour correction and Gaynor ( I think it was her name) was empathetic, understanding and did an amazing job. More importantly she was warm, friendly and such a professional. I will 100% go back!
I am the customer for almost 5 years and never before had been happy with my hair results. I am demanding customer throwing hard requests and they are always met with the best possible results. This day two weeks ago I had a fabulous colour and cut by Hectik Hair, Bromley. The manager Mike is an amazing and caring hair technician, as well as all his team. They are very polite and helpful to all their customers. My chosen hair colour was to have balayage hair; red going into blonde. Mike was very informative from the start, I had bright red hair when I entered the salon. I knew but he still explained that going red to blonde would be difficult as red is a hard colour to change. Despite this difficulty he explained it might go to a darker blonde, which I was still happy with. He conducted a test from a few strands of my hair to determine the outcome. Luckily for me the colour lifted quite well. Once colouring had all been completed, left for a certain time, toner put in, all washed out and then dried I was shocked with delight... Mike is a hair magician. My hair is a beautiful and much brighter blonde than expected, the deep red went from my roots and flowed nicely between the blonde. It was mesmerising and so much better than the photograph I used as an example of the style I wanted. It didnt stop there, Mike cut and styled my hair which complemented the colours and enhanced my overall style. I've been to a lot of hairdressers over the years and this is the best cut hair I've ever had. Two weeks on and its still beautiful, easy to manage and dry. I highly recommend Hectik Hair, this is the only salon I'll be using from now on. Thankyou, one extremely very happy customer x
