   The shop is in a very stupid industry yard. I bough some items on the morning a couple of weeks ago and then I need to return one of my purchase soon. So I drove back and return it. However, I got an parking ticket today say I was returning in a restriction period and asking me for 100 pounds. How disgusting the estate management is. As a famous brand in the UK, please do respect and think more about your customers.

   Asked my son to call in for Gorilla Tape I gave him the code when he come home he said that’s expensive they had charged him £23 and not £8 after I went back to question it they had added orher items to his order which we didn’t order and now waiting for refund always get a receipt I will do from now on makes you wonder do they just use random accounts when booking stuff out

   Branch was asked twice to cancel an order and have still done nothing about it. Of course, Toolstation as a company has a totally archaic web system, dating back to the last millennium so there is no way to just do this online. But generally the branches are better than this. 2 stars instead of just 1 as the Huyton branch is not as bad in other areas.

   Good shop great staff, allot like screwfix all the same stuff but usually they have everything in unlike screwfix, very cheap and prime place for other building merchants, Wilson rd lots of other shops and merchants.
